When using the rectangle selection tool, it initially shows a rectangle but then quickly switches to a rounded rectangle or oval shape. When I then use the "smooth selection" (trying to "unsmooth" it) AP2 on the iPad crashes.

Happens with all the files I have tested this on. (M1 iPad Pro 256gb, 16.1.1)

Another user reported a crash using Dust and Scratches filter that I can confirm, but I'm opening another thread because the report should not be related only to that specific filter. It seems to affect many of them. I've experienced a consistent crash while using Unsharp Mask filter, both in live and normal mode. I've noticed it always happened when bringing the radius down to zero. I investigated further and noticed that sliders can strangely have a negative value applied with even stranger results (e.g. Threshold in Unsharp Mask can go negative making the layer transparent). I've tested other filters (not all of them). All sliders could go negative and eventually (which happens easily when you simply want to bring a value down to zero), many of them made the app crash immediately or very soon. I've shut down the app and iPad......no luck. When using photo persona in Designer, the opacity/accumlulation and Hardness sliders go beyond 100%!!

Have attempted Non-Destructively and Destructively to use the Dust & Scratches Filter for about 6+ times, and regardless completely crashes/closes the App. Works for almost 1 minute when adjusting sliders…but when you begin incrementally adjusting the sliders to fine tune things, crashes. Cannot even use the Filter.

I have found a few times now when selecting the Feather Selection option (within the selections button on the top toolbar) that if i drag the pixel amount slider too far, then try to lower it, that the whole app will suddenly crash. In the most recent instance, perhaps because I’d only begun roughly two minutes prior, I essentially lost all my progress as none of it saved.
