Hi I have both versions of Affinity and have quite a few brush packs , from affinity and from true grit etc and up to today they all worked perfect. Today Affinity 2 crashed and went off and when I started it back up the pixel brushes had totally disappeared. I have uninstalled/installed the program 3 times , the vector brushes are there but the pixel ones are not. Even when I go to my account to download the ones I got from there they show downloading then nothing is there , when I try to import them it shows a message "error importing brushes "! there isnt any brushes in photo either !I haven't a clue what's wrong or what to do ! have you got any ideas what it could be, the vector brushes are working and importing but the pixel brushes are not importing or downloading from the Affinity site either

All of my installed raster brushes (including Affinity's default raster brushes) have disappeared from Affinity designer v2 and Photo v2. If I try to import them I get an error message "Error Importing Brushes". When I upgraded to the version 2 Affinity Programs, I uninstalled the version 1 Programs.The brushes displayed properly when I updated to version 2.0.3 but now (a few weeks later) they have vanished and I am unable to import them. I have noticed that IPad users have experienced this problem but I haven't been able to find a thread with the problem on desktop or laptop. I am running Affinity Designer 2.0.3 and Affinity Photo 2.0.3 on an Acer Nitro 5 laptop (Windows 11). Hardware Acceleration: On. Tablet: Wacom Intuos BT M (Model# CTL6100WL). Please advise a solution to this issue or if you need additional information from me.
