  1. To those who are new, I tried to make a horror themed videogame for Gameboy around 2022. Now in 2023 I decided to remake this game and I've been able to finally catch up with my original demo, but with a more stable and more interesting gameplay. Although I first started using Pixel Studio, and later Hexels, as the project began to become or demanding, I transitioned completely to Affinity Photo and many of my social media assets were made using Photo and Designer. You can try my demo for free at my itch.io. Or if you're into that kind of stuff, you can watch the whole gameplay here on my YouTube channel. I leave this posts with some gifs of my game, thanks for reading my post Game Main Menu Title. The main protagonist Mara's great debut. Moving Mara around the map. Interacting with the NPCs. Save menu "Kill" gameplay mechanic "Run" gameplay mechanic. RCvid_V1.2_JorgeTalk_23303-23781.mp4 Meeting special characters RCvid_V1.2_MeetAlex_74798-75372.mp4 A possible romance ? RCvid_V1.2_BattleStalkerC_80063-81301.mp4 Battling a human enemy. Wow! you got here?! Thanks for watching my whole post
  2. For some time already I had the idea with the finger, which is not the own finger. In time for Halloween, I finally had time to implement that, of course with my favorite App Affinity Photo. Like Dr. Frankenstein, I have some (free) images assembled to one, partly I have drawn on the layers with vector brushes. For the hand below, I photographed the hand of a friend. I then arranged the whole thing with some layer effects. https://www.bodobe.de/psst-keep-quiet/
  3. Creating my own "pre-code" horror comic... just a taster. Addendum: have added page 2. Addendendum: have added page 3. This is all for now, cos I'm back on an animation job for the next two weeks :( Another addendendendum: have been animating for the man for three months and have finally got back onto this. Page 4 added! I have missed working with Affinity. How's that iPad version coming along?
  4. For all the people out there that love peak 70's high-camp Vincent Price horror movies. Yes, both of you.
  5. Hello community, I would like to use this post to ask everyone to show something done in Affinity Designer, Photo or Publisher, main theme Halloween. It does not matter if it is something simple or complex, it is simply to show something done by you. To start, here is my contribution.
  6. This is a selfie. I shot the photo of myself in the tunnel over a year ago. My initial attempts at adding tentacles did not work out too well. A couple of months ago, I made a new attempt. I rendered the tentacles in Daz Studio, composited in Affinity Photo, and painted in Dynamic Auto-Painter. I created several different versions. This is the one my son likes the best.
  7. Elinor meets a T-Rex. I photographed the model Noor Model Noor in an old factory in Gothenburg, rendered the T-Rex in Daz Studio, and composited in Affinity Photo. A fun shoot with a very professional model, and, as always, a lot of fun to do the composite in Affinity Photo.
  8. Here’s some of my photo manipulation done in my love: affinity photo for iPad dont challenge me here, because I care less if your work is better than mine, rather I care if you yourself like your work as well as mine to share with me and all who feel the same describe your techniques, how long it took, anything original about your workflow... leave SE your raw assets if you want, let’s create a discussion about improving how we use affinity
