    Collages

Hi guys, Illustration from a summer screenprint serie. Half Affinity Designer, half Photo. The capture was made afterward, rolling the saved history backward (neat function!). Best, P. > Video Making-of Final
  2. Hi, I'm trying out the Affinity Photo 10-day tutorial and wanted to work on some projects to familiarize myself with the software. Now, when I want to make anything white it appears as a creamy yellow rather than actual white which frustrates me to death. When I export it I do get the actual color white. But I would like to preview how my image looks while i'm actually editing it. What I've Tried: - Reboot PC after installing Affinity Photos - import PSD to get the desired color profile that shows white... as white - set my Preferences > color profiles to sRBG as suggested in many forums (which you can see in the screenshot). - Open new tabs where I also set the color profile to sRGB All of this has only managed to get my Navigator to display white as actual white. If anyone could help me out on this one I would greatly appreciate it! Thanks in advance Affinity Photos enthusiast, NolenBrolen
  3. I just bought Affinity Photo and whenever i create a new image, it is not white but has a weird yellow tint. Also when i draw with 0 saturation and should be just grey it has this tint. When i open Photos they are tinted (unless it is set to greyscale in the first place) Image as displayed in Affinity Photo (left) and the original (right) I appreciate any help i can get.
  4. Hi all ! So glad i found this awesome software and i already love it ! :) So much stuff is handled much better than in PS so i am definitely switching over :) I do have one issue which is a bit annoying. At first my work area was a bit yellow, so i changed the profile and then it was all good. BUT, when i import a photo, it gets totally messed up and pick up a yellow hue. :/ Once i export the photo everything is good, but inside AD it looks like this: https://dl.dropboxusercontent.com/u/40227395/PREW/ss.jpg I am posting a screenshot so you can see how image looks normally (on the right) Also, i am using this color profile both in AD and in standard windows settings: Samsung - Natural Color Pro 1.0 ICM Tnx in advance ! I really hope to solve this issue !

    CANDY BAR MOCKUP for Free!

Hello from the other side! :) I am just working on a project of designing the candy bar packaging and since I'm too lazy to google, I created my own lo-fi mockup myself in AFD. Then I thought it'd be pity if I leave it just to myself. So here's an exlusive Yell candy bar mockup for y'all! :D CandyBarMockup.afdesign It's not the best one, but I didn't find any other mockup made for Affinity (I was forced to google that so I didn't post anything which already exists :)), so if you want to improve this, I encourage you to do so :) Also, feel free to share your awesome designs using this to inspire other people in this amazing community :) (and to bump this post so others can actually find it) Document info: mm units A4 artboard Generic CMYK Profile Place your design inside CANDY BAR object below 3D SHADOWS layer.
