Hi everyone I've been trying to not let this get to me, but now it has become too annoying for me to not raise it. You see, the issue I have is that the Affinity Publisher icon on the taskbar is a completely different size to Affinity Designer and Photo. The icons are fine on the Start menu in Windows 11, so why are they different for the taskbar? Hope one of the developers can take a look and amend. Apologies that it's not a functional issue but for a designer, it's just 'niggly'.

I cannot insert special characters (Character Map) in all Affinity apps on Windows, using the Alt + 0149, Alt + 163, Alt + 169, Alt + 174 and Alt + 176 hotkeys. I can do it in other applications (Notepad, Notepad++, WPS Office, Libre Office and VectorStyler), except Microsoft Word. My operating system is Windows 11 Home Single Language 64-bit (10.0, Build 22000). This is the first time I installed Affinity software on my PC and the version is 2.0.3. I have restarted the PC after the installation is done.

Meine Vorgehensweise zum Anschalten: Ich befinde mich in Persona Menüleiste -> Fenster Aktiviere Eintrag "Makro" Meine Erwartung wäre, dass das Makro-Fenster als freies Fenster über den restlichen Programmfenstern schwebt und ich dies andocken kann. Hei, I've been using Affinity products for a while now and never had similar problem. Suddenly, most of Publisher documents crash after adding new pages. Even those documents I have worked in a while ago. It is impossible to work, and the documents consist only of several pages. I have Windows 11, and already tried the following solutions without results: Updated Affinity to the newest version (1.10.5.1342) Checked Windows for any driver updates Tried adding page without attaching it to master page Uninstalled and installed Affinity Attached you can find some of the crash reports and the document I worked in when it happened first time. I am trying to run the Affinity suite on Windows 11 ARM64 (4GB RAM), installed from the Microsoft Store. I expected that the apps would be slow but usable under x64 emulation, but all three (Photo, Designer, Publisher) crash after displaying the splash screen (and a warning about lacking a DirectX 10 graphics card and falling back to software rendering). Today when trying to open a project in Affinity, it closes automatically. Whether it's "open a recent project" or "create a new one". Can you help me?

I have been experiencing an issue with AD when attempting to copy an object either with ctrl+c shortcut or through the context menu. When copying an object in AD, my desktop begins to flicker non stop which prevents me from clicking and keeping focus on anything. This is includes any application running and not just AD. The only way I am able to prevent it is to go to the login window and log back in. This behavior happens regardless of which app I have open and am actively focused in when AD is open. For instance, when the flickering is not occurring, and I am in my Mozilla browser and do a ctrl+c, the flickering begins. I do the login window/log in to reset the flickering. I close AD and do the same thing in Mozilla, and the copy works fine which then makes me believe it is an AD conflict with the OS or something. This behavior occurred in both Windows 10 and 11 since around March/June time (so whatever AD versions were active then) and on different computers. Current version is 1.10.5.

Hi there I'm a long time user of all three products, on my Windows desktop (meanwhile on W11) as well as on my iPad. Now I recently realized that the App is also availabel in the Microsoft Store, though of course still with a price. My question now: is there a way somehow, that I can transfer my license from the Desktop App to the Microsoft Store App? Thanks in regards, Martin

I change my old HD Windows 10 PC for a new 4K Windows 11 PC. I downloaded and installed Affinity Designer and now I have two problems (see the screenshot) : 1. When I click to create a new document ("Nouveau" in French), I get a black screen with only the right tool bar. I have no preset template and it is impossible to get to my personnal templates (and they are on my new computer). 2. Also, note that the "New Document" window do not show entirely. The only thing I see figures in the screenshot. Can you help me to solve this issu? Thanks!

I find the font -size in Help way too small, but I can't find a way to change this within Help (maybe it's too small for me to spot it ;-)) Is there a way to do this, or if not, a hack to do it that will persist after software updates?

While editing files in Designer v. 1.10.4.1198 the system suddenly shuts down. I am using a PC with the AMD Ryzen 4900H hardware and Windows 11 Pto. The application is more unstable when working with embedded bitmaps. It is more stable working with files on my Dell XPS 15 laptop. I am using the most recent AMD drivers for my system. I tried disabling OpenCL acceleration for AMD Radeon Graphics. Any workarounds or fixes would be appreciated.
