Can you please implement the same function like Lightroom where you can take a photo with the colour squares and grey card in the photos and take the photos in affinity and click on the grey card to set the colour. Please make it compatible with spider colour checker. I cannot believe you have people wanting this to be a feature of a 100% photographer based application but it’s not a feature. Please we need this. I need to work through a correct colour space workflow. I don’t want to be guessing adjusting using sliders. I need to be able to click on the image and click on the grey swat
I posted the following thread 3 years ago but not a single person until today advised me to post that topic in this thread, claiming that no one from Serif diligently reads this forum such that my post was sure to have been overlooked these 3 years. Seems odd to me, but fine. Here it is: I would advise Serif to just move that thread into this thread. I would prefer that since I don't want to lose all the supportive posts in that thread. For truly, it is more than just me who wants that dropper tool added to Affinity Photo. Thanks.
A white point panel which enables setting the white point. I don't really understand the use of the current white point panel. There is no tutorial about this crucial aspect of processing. So, feature request: white point set: click a Kodak grey card in your photo and have all colors reset a usage tutorial for this proposed feature, and a tutorial about the current white point panel - how best to workaround current limitations...
I appreciate the increased functionality of the second beta, but was dissapointed that the auto funtions were removed. Why remove functionality? Yes, the increased functionality is useful to sophisticated users, but even being modestly sophisticated I found the auto levels, contrast, white point convenient and superior to that which Photos was able to do. Wouldn't it be easy to add them back?
