  1. There are semi transparent borders arround any artboard. It's visible even after exporting to raster. It's visible on non-rasterised pdf as white line. I have printer with margins, so I can't check if it's visible after printing. I'm afraid that when I'm going to make printable things for clients, it's going to look like lack of extended layers to the bleed (which I've done.)
  2. There are lines on borders of shapes. There is no stroke on objects. I know that I can turn off anti-aliasing, but then shapes are rough. These lines are visible even after exporting to raster or vector. I had this problem even in V1. I didn't find on Forum other solution than anti-aliasing. Is there any way to get rid of these lines without manually cover tens of these coffee beans by other whole shapes? (It is a pattern so I can't use whole beans. I can't add them together too, because most of them disappearing.) It is really annoying...
  3. Hi, I’m having trouble with reviewing my pattern tiles (1890 x 1890px at 150dpi). I am getting a pale line throughout my pattern in the pattern layer and the pixels running on the edge of my tile seem to lighten automatically. Even though the change is quite faint (as shown in the photo), it’s not suitable for printing. My pattern tiles are 1890 x 1890px at 150 dpi and the colour of the pixels along the edge change which is becoming very frustrating. What am I missing? Thanks so much, Liz Hussey
  4. I have download vector from paid Shutterstock account in EPS format. Already in thumbnail in Finder I have noticed that "background layer" is white and it shouldn't be. After opening that EPS with Affinity designer it didn't had white "background layer" anymore but it did have weird white lines over that "background layer". If you zoom in in that attached image you will see ti. I attached video from Affinity designer as well. After searching online for clues, best answer I found was from Reddit: "Unfortunately, most stock pages offer "adobe EPS"-files (AI-EPS), which include stuff beyond the EPS standards. So, depending on the EPS file, some import flawlessly and some just have proprietary features implemented, which Affinity can't render. "Illustrator EPS" are very often "cheating". They provide only a (small) pixelated preview, with full native and proprietary AI file format for the real image embedded. That's also a problem the other way round. A lot of stock pages reject EPS files when created in Affinity, because they expect some features embedded in "AI's way"." Is that true? Is there is something I can to about it? Do you know if there is any Affinity friendly stock photography website that large collection of photographs and vectors? Screen Recording 2021-04-15 at 20.31.04.mp4
  5. There seems to be an issue when I save photos/images. A white line appears somewhere on the photo, in a different place each time and it occurs when I save to either PNG of JPG. Attached is an example of what I mean. I did nothing to this photo other than crop it's size a little. I tried saving at 100% quality and 85% and it happened both times. I went to File >> Export >> PNG (or JPG) It happens each time I save an image or photo. And here are my details: A Photo Vers: 1.9.1 Windows 10 Chrome browser: Version 88.0.4324.190
  6. Using PSD in Designer 1.9.0 for windows, creates white lines in export files' I got a mockup psd file and opened it in AD. When I export the file, it has white lines in the embedded image. I got the mockups from here:https://smashmockup.com/gold-frame-mockup-psd/ I don't have Affinity Photo. I have attached screenshots. I am a total noob at this, so it's something obvious, I would really love guidance.
  7. I've downloaded mockups from several different places, its happened on multiple projects now and i dont understand where these white lines are coming from. While still using AF Photo, if i zoom in and out, the white lines move around, and they always show up in different places when i export multiple times. Where are these lines coming from why are they affecting most of the mockups i alter?
  8. I am experiencing this also. Same white line and sometimes multiple white lines on the same image. I hope there's a fix coming soon. I don't know if this is relevant, but when this happened to me, I took a photo with my cell phone and emailed it to myself, then opened it in Affinity Photo on my laptop. I exported it as a PNG and the lines appeared. I did it again, but this time I saved it as a .jpg and this time there were no lines. Hope this helps.
  9. Hello! I have a question regarding snapping when using Affinity Designer. I've attached a pic here on what I'm trying to do. Basically, I can snap both tiles in place. Though, it leaves a white line (or gap) in between. How would I remove this line? I tried exporting it and it shows up. I've done it numerous times with no luck. What would be the best way to remove this white line when snapping? Thanks for your help!
  10. I am trying to create a design following this tutorial made for Illustrator but I get white lines between my polygons. How do I fix that? Here's the tutorial: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=ozUx-4Ves5w
