  1. I made 2 shapes and snapped them together, because I wanted to group them into one item. But as you can see in the attachment, there's a thin white (or I guess transparent) line in between. (both shapes have a fill color and the line set to transparent) Is there something I'm not doing? How can I make the line disappear? In the photo attached, the two shapes are SNAPPED together... I'd like to not have to overlap because this is something I'll be doing often (snapping+grouping) & it won't always be acceptable to just go over the edge of one shape with another. Thanks.
  2. Hello! I have a question regarding snapping when using Affinity Designer. I've attached a pic here on what I'm trying to do. Basically, I can snap both tiles in place. Though, it leaves a white line (or gap) in between. How would I remove this line? I tried exporting it and it shows up. I've done it numerous times with no luck. What would be the best way to remove this white line when snapping? Thanks for your help!
  3. I followed the Affinity tutorial re: replacing the sky. When done there was a white line separating the new sky and old foreground. See photo attached. As a new user and new to editing, I could not figure out where I went wrong. I would appreciate any help. New_sky.afphoto
  4. Hello Community, I've already asked that in the past and saw others complain about it, but there does not seem a real solution? However when I watch video tutorials from other professionals, I don't see them having the issue with snapping: I want to snap two objects together, but I mostly end up with a thin line between them. 1) Here you can see my current snapping options. Also I've created a black rectangle 2) I duplicate the rectangle and "try" to snap both together. 3) Once I let go of the mouse, I end up with the fine thin line inbetween the rectangles 4) When I export it, it looks like this: I have no idea what to do about it, but I really have run out of energy on this one .... Can anyone help out here?
