  1. it is possible to set an object rotated by 35 degrees, for example, to zero. A simple example: I rotate a rectangle by 35 degrees. Now I want to make a text frame out of it and I don't want the font to be skewed. So now I would have to say you are not rotated, the way you are standing is zero degrees.
  2. I’m having trouble with the color picker’s ability to keep the same color value of the previously selected pixel. It seems to switch the color to a darker value with each pick. I’m working on Affinity Designer on an iPad Pro and I know the retinas aren’t malfunctioning. Is anyone else having this issue? In the photo below you’ll notice that there are more than 3 gray values even though I was only trying to work with 3. Thank you for your help, SlaveMaster9000
  3. Hi, i would like to ask for a more precise tool to select HSL ranges. I `m usuall finding myself recoloring a lot and the precision would safe a lot of time form masking and etc Changing the values on the wheel is very crude i think. Really hard to nail it tightly down Additionaly i hate when moving external grey circles move the internal ones ;( when i just pinpointed at least one part Maybe there is a way to do it but i cannot find nothing ;( -Piotr
  4. It's easier to operate on small values, also there will be no need to do math (yay) So let say I want to rotate object clockwise by 67 degrees. That's easy - just enter 67. But when rotating counterclockwise things starts to look more complicated. I must calculate 360-67 to know it's 297... damn 293. See? What about just entering -67, and moving on? (maybe I mixed directions, but general idea still holds up)
  5. Hello! I have a suggestion Add the ability for artboards to always have integer values for position and size. At the moment, fractional values in the arbord position are very disturbing. If you do not return the integers, during the export of artboard, the image is exported with the wrong size. I can't imagine when artboard may need fractional values. This only creates problems in the work.
  6. Hello, I really need to see adjustment input/output values (percentages) in the curves adjustment layer palet as in Photoshop This is the only reason why I can't switch to Affinity Photo and still use Photoshop I need to see values so I can correct to colors to certain minimal % to prevent breackoff by flexo printing Please .. I really want to use Affinity Photo and asking already 2 years for this feature
  7. Hello everyone! When I change the height or width of a path In the transform tab, Designer will round the values to .x. I am using millimeters and when I enter something like 5.695mm, I will end up with 5.7mm. Is there a way of doing things more accurately? Best wishes, Shu
  8. A keyboard combination for a 1/10 stepping is missing. - Like alt + cursor key. Explanation: Currently: Selecting an object or a value field. Tapping the cursor keys increments or decrements the value or object position by 1 step. So you can adjust object attributes. Holding the shift key while tap the cursor keys increments or decrements the value or object position by 10 steps at once. So you can adjust object attributes in broad range. But which key do you have to hold, to do the opposite? To make the fine adjustments. The increment or decrement the first number behind the floating point. - So in other App you have to hold the alt key, to increment or decrement the values or object position by 1/10 steps. I'm missing that in Affinity Designer and Photo.
  9. How about a feature that's seen on some software (including most adobe apps)… where as clicking on a field name with a box next to it for inputting values will auto select the preset values so that the user can quickly input their desired values. For now the user has to manually mouse over into the field and highlight the text to delete/input the numbers, The attached screenshot should demonstrate what I mean. Thank you and keep up the great work Affinity Designer looks VERY promising!
