  8. I'm not seeing the option to update anywhere. I'm using Affinity Designer 1.8.3 which I bought from the Mac App Store within the last year and a half. There is no option to update it in the App Store, nor do I see an option in the application main menu to check for updates. When I go to the App Store, it just gives me the option to buy Designer again for $24.99. I have an up to date version of the iPad app and tried opening a project I was working on there on my iMac, but said I couldn't because my iMac version was too old. Please let me know if there is a fix for this beyond simply buying it again.

  12. AFPUB 1.8.3, OS X 10.15.3 Configuration: laptop connected to NAS on same network. Resource Manager Collection is on the same NAS. NAS Volume is mounted. The Preferences for AFPUB are set to "Automatically update linked resources when modified externally." Load the program and a document. Now - using an external photo editor, update one of the Images in the Resource Manager Collection (all images are linked). The Resource Manager recognizes that the image has been modified - see screen shot. The auto update of the image itself in the document no longer works. However, you can use the Resource Manager to manually Update (button) the image. Not sure if a networked volume is fair game for AFPUB or not. But since the Resource Manager Collection is recognized and used by AFPUB, I think the auto update should be active and working as well.
  13. Hi Patrick, I am really happy with this great app, unfortunately the "LUT --> options --> add new category"-button seems to be without any function. I am not able to create any new LUT category. Moreover there are no more previews of the LUTs displayed, I only see a list of names. Also happy and healthy Easter from Hamburg/Germany! - Regards, Lars Running on an iMac, MacOS Catalina 10.15.7
  14. I cannot install the new 1.92 updates on my Windows 10 system. It starts the install after receiving the UAC confirmation and then a message displays Setup failed. I have tried this with the link offered in the program when I open it and with downloading it from https://store.serif.com/en-gb/account/downloads/ webpage. I get exactly the same result with all three applications. Is there something else I need to do to update the programs. Best wishes Geoff Stilwell

  19. Dear Patrick, Is there any disadvantage in using Infinity Photo 1.9.1 update in a MacBook Pro mid-2009 Desktop, apart from not being able to use special effects, such as snow, etc.? Would the functionality be affected -- like speed of operation? Regards, Greg
  20. After opening Designer and using it for like 10 seconds or so, it simply closes. No error, nothing. This happens not every time but most of the time. I can't seem to find a solution or what is causing the issue. But this issue started appearing after the latest update. What would you need to investigate this issue? 87501147-3050-48c6-b07f-b9bf8746aa70.dmp

You can download the latest installer by logging into the affinity store here and find the order in your account and use the "download" button in there. Alternatively, this new release (and previous versions of Affinity Photo for macOS) can be downloaded from this link (that installer is NOT for Mac app store purchases and needs a product key).
