Hey, I've been trying to upgrade to 1.9 for a while now but ever since the update Affinity will open the splash screen and then crash right on the point of "loading fonts"... Idk if that is a sign that one of my fonts is the issue or the things affinity is doing right after that is the thing crashing Affintiy before startup. That happens with all the Affinity products on Windows 10. I updated my graphics drivers multiple times and the old versions still work perfectly fine but I can't seem to find the reason for Affinity's crashing crashreport.zip -
Hi there! I am having the same trouble than LuisVique but I have 64 GB free on 😄 I'm not updating, but installing 1.9 from new. I attach the log file. Thanks in advance! SetupUI.log -
Dear Support, I'm trying to update my Affinity Designer 1.8.5.703 to the 1.9 version but I always receive the same error. "Configuration error" I never received this error on previous updates. Please give me a hand Luis

Downloade updated version 1.7.0 and it failed to install. Downloaded again, same result. New install also failed. Old version no longer accessible.
