Dimension tool & document scaling
Larry4499 posted a topic in Feedback for Affinity Designer on iPad
Please add a Dimension tool & document scaling to fully enable technical drawing along with the excellent illustration tools. We could do this manually in the interim if the transform studio displayed more resolution, 3 or 4 decimals should do it. Thanks! -
Hey there people! Hope ya'll are safe and sound.. I moved onto Affinity a couple of months back and I've gotta say, it's worth every penny! My problem is that the tolerance of the fill tool in AP automatically goes to 1% when I click to fill USING HUION 640P.. and increases as I slide my pen upwards... However if I fill with the trackpad, it remains the same.. This is really getting on my nerves.. 2nd issue is that right click with the pen doesn't work at all HELP!

It would be great to have a tolerance option for the selection brush. Its pretty hard to drag the brush in some areas. A one click option to select a tolerance would help, same as Photoshop. Unless there is something i am missing.. THanks Gary

I am using Affinity Photo 1.6.7 on an iMac OS High Sierra with Wacom Intuos 5 tablet. Some problems I may have encountered: 1. Flood Fill Tool tolerance jumps back to "0" after being set to over 50. This happens quite often when I am trying to fill several areas. 2. Brush tool switches to Move tool on Layers pallettes causing problems when selecting different layers. 3. Turning off the Fill tool keystroke (G) in Preferences in Photo Persona and closing out AP and opening again. The Fill tool turns back on. Every time I restart Affinity Photo, I have to turn Fill tool keyst

Hi! I’m evaluating Affinity Designer as a replacement for Adobe Illustrator and I’m very impressed. However, my main tool would be the vector brush and I’m a bit disappointed with it. I find that Affinity’s vector brush re-interprets my strokes too much. I draw a curve and the resulting stroke gets transformed: it ends up being a bit too flat or a bit too curvy, a bit off. Is there a way to control the brush tool tolerance? In Adobe Illustrator, I can control brush fidelity and smoothness (see screenshot). I would say Affinity Designer’s tool would compare to Illustrator’s brush opt

the flood select tool when applied as new or add only changes the tolerance when you drag it over the area you wish to select. Nothing else happens. The tolerance goes to 100%. I dont believe this should happen. . While it erroneously increases the tolerance it does Not actually select anything... Also when you uncheck contiguous it still does not select the noncontiguous areas. Please repair. The selection brush tool also does not seem to select anything anymore much of the time and when it does only where the brush actually passed over

Hey, Just wanted to give a heads up that on my machine, all the tolerance sliders (opacity, HSL, etc.) all have a major delay (minus the layers panel sliders). They also aren't very sensitive and even "jumping" when when trying to make delicate shifts in value. They have no issue when clicking on a particular section of the slider, which is sometimes what I have to resort to. It's pretty troublesome when you have to make very slight variations. Let me know if you need any info. Thanks! Windows 7 (64) AMD Phenom II X4 925 2.8GHZ 8 GB Ram NVIDIA GeForce GT 720 Monoprice MP-22
