  1. Hello, there. I have a few question about History panel. These questions are meant to inform me whether this History feature can help me make a time-lapse video of me drawing or not: Does enabling "Save History with document" feature in File menu cause the app to save all history from the moment it's enabled up to the latest editing? Or does it gradually forgets the earliest edit if it reaches a certain threshold? Does enabling "Save History with document" cause the file size to get bigger as I continue editing? Is the History data often as small as 5MB, or does it get as heavy as 100MB after a couple of hours of editing? Is using History panel for time-lapse video a good idea? Or do you have another way to make time-lapse video in Affinity software? Thank you! 😀
  2. Is there a way to create time-lapse videos from our Affinity Designer iPad versions? I'm looking for something like what Procreate has. Thanks!
  3. I've seen several people posting time-lapsed videos of their drawings in Affinity Designer for iPad, from start to finish. They aren't image sequences, they are sped up screen recordings. I'm not quite sure if this is something that Affinity enables internally? Or, if they are using some third party gear to capture their actions on the iPad's screen? At the very least, exporting the image history to an image sequence would allow for a time-lapsed "build" over time to be exported and shared. How are people creating time-lapsed videos of their drawing in Affinity Designer on iPad?
  4. Hi there, Sorry if I'm posing in the wrong place, I was directed here by the Serif Twitter account so hopefully not. I'm a photographer/Filmmaker and spend quite a lot of my time with time-lapse photography. Obviously when dealing with high quality time-lapse, raw files need to be edited in a batch job before they're rendered into a video. Usually I do this with keyframes and software which will blend the edits between photos to create a smooth transition. I am also a student so I bought Affinity photo after accepting defeat over Adobe's subscription plan, never looked back!!! Except for this feature. I was wondering if I could suggest a feature that would do just this then? A development, to allow keyframes/key-images to be selected, edited and then a transition between them automatically applied. I know that this requires Lightroom and another program called LRtimelapse usually, so I can guarantee if you incorporated the workflow of both, you could gain some very loyal time-lapse photogs. Thanks a bunch! TDMA
  5. Hi peeps, Here a time-lapse on a flat illustration for my learning channel on affinity vectors and bitmaps. As usual, you can slow down the video on settings to get better insights. Also you can ask questions and make comments on my channel. Cheers all! https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=9-LChvQzzmM
  6. Hi all I bring a time-lapse more than a tutorial for this week. However, I explain how to slow it down so you can follow along if interested. You can also ask me how I did this or that, as usual. Kiss!
