  1. Hi, I'm new to Affinity Designer and Photo, bought them last year, using both tools to develop my job as an Environmental Engineer. It's possible to develop a spherical grid or geometrical grid manager to draw worlds like Lazy Nezumi software? Thank you!
  2. I have read somewhere that AP cannot create Spherical (360) panos, is this correct?? If so, what can software(s) can produce, handle/stitch, create Spherical (360) Panos?? I am using a drone to capture the individual images and need an appropriate software package to create the 360 Pano. I was under the impression that AP could handle/produce the 360 Panos before purchasing, etc. Now I am learning it is more of a great editing tool for an already created spherical (360) Pano Image... Any info would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
  3. By which I mean, which functions can recognize an equirectangular image for a 360 x 180 degree panorama and ensure that the two sides of the image that will form the seam are given similar treatment so that there is no obvious seam viewing the entire VR image? Or perhaps I should phrase it the other way around: are there any functions that will often make seams visible because they do NOT try to equalize processes on both sides of the seam?
  4. I am sure we could all go on listing “filters I would like to see” and never reach the end. It’s so personal. So I am going to be very simple and suggest a simple modification to an existing one. Cylindrical Distortion is one simple filter I really miss. And there really is no substitute for this in AP. Since this is (I think) simply a one axis spherical distortion could this not be included in the Spherical distort with a simple one axis/two axis checkbox? Far better still would be separate pairs of X and Y sliders for Intensity and Radius enabling any variation of spherical, elliptical or cylindrical. You could have a Lock/Unlock for using the axes separately or together.
