Good Morning, my question is regarding the sources panel when working on a focus merge. I have created a new focus merge without any issue. I saved the document as .afphoto. When I open the document again I can bring up the sources panel using View => Studio => Sources. But the sources panel is empty. Is it possible to reload the images used to create a focus merge to continue editing the focus merged image, or do I have to finish editing the final focus merged image prior to saving the document? Many thanks for your support, Regards, Michael

I've been going through the affinity photo workbook practicing with focus merging but I've been having a problem. Whenever I close affinity photo and go back to work on the photo, all of the images in the sources panel are gone leaving me unable to continue with the project. I made sure I was using the clone brush tool and had a layer selected. Also I looked for a setting about saving those images with the document somehow, similar to the save history with document option, but didn't find anything like that either. Searching through the forums I found 2 other posts with the same issue but they were both from over 3 years ago and had no solution. Any help with this would be appreciated. I am on windows 10 and am using version 1.8.3.641 of affinity photo

Hi, I just HDR merged two .jpg and would now like to remove some artefacts by replacing them with things from the source images. I have activated Sources in Studio, but clicking on the Clone tool does not cause it to display the Sources panel. I'm using Affinity Photo 1.7.3 on macOS 10.14.6.
