  1. I'm facing the issue that I need to quickly turn around many social media ad's in various formats, story format, square format and a horizontal format. I'm looking for tips and tricks how to make this efficient and less labour intensive. At the moment, I have about 50 photos, each in a seperate layer, with a logo brand on the top layer. I'm using artboards for each format, and I can quickly copy all the layers between the artboards and change the framing where needed. Now, when it comes to export, it would be fantastic if I could batch process this somehow... For this document alone, with 3 artboards, I'm looking at 150 times selecting the export command... there has to be a better way ? In Affinity photo there is a function to batch process, but it seems not fit for this purpose, or is it ? The above is asked of me more and more frequently.. I'm on a mac, and primarily use designer for this, although I also have photo and publisher. I don't mind an elaborate setup, maybe involving external tools (automator, keyboard maestro), I just need to cut my time spent on this drastically. Any tips are very welcome, I'm sure many of you are facing similar issues...

  4. Just learning about the assets panel. Started testing it out. Transferred over a bunch of SM icons from AI to create this asset for AD. Added in case anyone has a use. Curious if anyone else has any asset compilations of useful parts they would like to share Social Media Icons.zip
  5. Hi there, I'm not sure if this is the correct forum but is there anywhere where I could access social media mockups, or mockups in general? I'm new to Affinity and still learning the ropes as it were. Thank you so much.
  6. Hi guys! I was working on some social media ads for a client and created a simple template for all major social media ad sizes including Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, Snapchat and Reddit. This is a simple file with art boards for all your ad designs. It could come in handy next time you need to create a simple promo banner or ad for a client. Cheers! Social Media Banner Ads.afdesign
  7. I use Affinity Designer It would be great if we have ready to use social media documentation size. Or at least let us save the size dimension as custom template please.

  10. I saw that Affinity runs a Facebook and Twitter account but I would also suggest that they should run a Google+ community. I don't think it is all that important to have a Google+ profile as much as it is to run a community page. I subscribe to several communities of graphics programs on there and I find that they work better then Facebook groups. They are wonderful for displaying artwork, posts can be categorized easily, and it has a notification system that works across all Google products (YouTube, Gmail, Google search.) Despite the stigma that supposibly no one uses Google+ I find that the communities are at least as active if not more so then their corresponding FB groups.
