Hello, I try to find something on forum, but nothing helps. Maybe I didn't find what I was looking for... Today I've installed Affinity V2 Universal Trial. To test it before I'll buy it. But It's not working. When I want to open new document it just shutdown/crush. It happens in all programs. I dont know, maybe my computer dosen't support this program? But I try to check it, and it's seems to be ok. I have, Razen 5 and Radeon Vega 8 Mobile, 16 GB of RAM. Direct X 12... I try to disable hardwear acceleration in the program preferences. If I can get any information about this I'll by grateful. regards -
Hoping someone can assist I have 2 machines both running Windows version of Affinity Photo version 1.10.6. When I do an export of macros from the library panel it successfully creates the .afmacros file. When I try and load this to the second machine using import on the library panel Affinity Panel shuts down/crashes. I have attached the exported file as I hope this will help someone help me with this. VPSP_Macros.afmacros -
While editing files in Designer v. 1.10.4.1198 the system suddenly shuts down. I am using a PC with the AMD Ryzen 4900H hardware and Windows 11 Pto. The application is more unstable when working with embedded bitmaps. It is more stable working with files on my Dell XPS 15 laptop. I am using the most recent AMD drivers for my system. I tried disabling OpenCL acceleration for AMD Radeon Graphics. Any workarounds or fixes would be appreciated. -
Hey Fellows! Sometimes I try to open the brush edit panel but Affinity crashes immediately without a warning. I don't know if this is because I have too much brushes or could be something else.

Hello everyone, it happened now several times, that I´ve started Affinity Designer and my computer shuts down like I switched the power-button. I can turn on the computer again right after that issue. It mostly happens when I choose "Yes" for restoring unsaved files. When I click "No" the computer keeps working. Info: I have a Ryzen 3700X CPU at 35°C, a Nvidia 1660 GPU and no problems with other apps.

HDR merge starts to work, the alignment works but at some point during HDR merge or tonemapping, Affinity Photo shuts down. I am using version 1.8.5 and this is the first time I have used the new version for HDR. I had managed to do one focus merge successfully, but attempting a second one has caused Affinity Photo to fall over. -

I am new here, I hope to you will be able to help me for these issues for vector: 1 - Brush cloning Crash When I want to clone a crush, the app shuts down right away without any error message. 2 - Modify bug When I try to modify a "basic" brushe, it selects the one behing, at the exact same place but for the aquarel section. Morning All, Please could somebody explain to me why Affinity Publisher keeps shutting down without a cause. I have found myself saving a document every time I've adjusted an image 2mm or done any other minuscule amendment. If i could somehow recover a back- up or better yet, prevent the program from closing all together. This would be a big help. Apologies for the passive aggression, This was written moments after my latest unforeseen closure. Thanks, Dave -
I am not able to use this program anymore.. it wont shut down, I have to shut down the PC to make it go away.. it throws up a message about an image loading when there is no image. I have removed it twice and re installed and no good.. any idea..

I am having a really frustrating problem. When I am busy laying down nodes with the pen tool after roughly say 2 minutes designer just completely shuts down/terminates/gone! This is now happening all the time, any help please?
