  1. I'm using Affinity Photo 2.3.1 on Windows 11 and I cannot figure out how to assign shortcut keys. I looked at the affinity help and I can't figure out where to change the shortcuts. It says to look at the end of the shortcut listing for something to change. I see nothing. I've seen screenshots from Macs, but I haven't seen any screenshots from Windows and what I'm seeing does not match up with the ones I've seen and it looks like I'm missing something. "From the lower shortcut list, click in the box (containing empty or existing shortcut) at the end of a shortcut entry for the shortcut you want to change." I'm looking to assign the paint mixer brush as 'b' like the regular brushes. Please let me know if you need anymore information or screenshots from me. I did try to search multiple times and did not come across this issue with anybody else.... just a few threads where people were asking how to change the shortcuts.
  2. Hi, here's a weird behaviour I see in Affinity Designer 1.10.0 on Mac 10.13.6. I'm changing some shortcut keys in preferences and switching from the Designer to the Pixel persona with the dropdown menu. The list of shortcut keys updates, but doesn't seem to reflect the tools I expect in the Pixel persona. I have to change the persona on the main toolbar and refresh the dropdown list to display the tools I expect. Hard to explain, so here's a gif. I would expect changing the persona in the preferences from this dropdown menu would show all the pixel tools and that changing the current persona from the main toolbar would have no effect on the preferences window. I'm assuming this is a bug? Or is this just weird UX? I believe this was also present in earlier versions. Not a critical bug for me, just wanted to call it out. Thanks!
  3. Right now, holding Alt+RMB+LMB lets you drag and resize the brush on the fly, which is a feature Photoshop also has. Except in Photoshop it's just hold Alt+RMB, which currently does nothing in Affinity Photo. Please change this shortcut to this for all the tools that let you change brush sizes. Not only is it easier to do, it standardizes for those who still use both PS and AF. On top of that, Photoshop has a shortcut in brush mode, clicking RMB brings up a list of brushes. Convenient, and eliminates the need to always have the brushes toolbox open.
  4. Please consider adding keyboard shortcut bindings so that I can switch between the three isometric grid views (top, front, side) without having to click the button every time.
  5. Congrats on 1.7! For the next update it would be great if you could detect custom keyboard shortcut keys and use that instead of reverting to the default.
  6. I just plugged in a new keyboard into my Windows desktop machine and the shortcut keys don't work properly. The basic shortcuts - ie. Cntrl+O - seem to work but if I try to use the tools shortcuts they don't work unless I press Ctrl + (shortcut key) repeatedly. I also noted they work if I press the Spacebar + (shortcut key). I tried reverting back to the original keyboard which worked fine when I installed Affinity Photo and now it's exhibiting the same behavior. I'm thinking it's a Windows issue, I've looked at the keyboard settings and looked into drivers but have not come up with anything to solve the problem. Has anybody encountered this or can can anybody help?
  7. Using the shortcut keys for Zoom to Selection (Ctrl+Alt+0), Zoom to Fit (Ctrl+0) and so on, don't work on the number keypad but do work on the number keys above the querty keys.
