  1. I have a macro to duplicate, arrange and group a label on an A4 sheet and wanted to save one more click but apparently the program doesn't want to select the first layer from the top. 1. Affinity Photo 1.10.1.1142 2. Can I reproduce it? Yes. 3. Yes but I'll upload the files. Open "Label.afphoto" and "A4.afphoto" Go to "Label" and click on "Group" then press Ctrl+C Go to "A4" and press Ctrl+V Click on Macro Once it finishes, hide the newly created group with the little tick box from the layers panel. Repeat Ctrl+V, hide on the 5th repetition, the program will select the 2nd layer, on the 6th repetition it will select the 3rd and so on. A4.afphoto Label.afphoto Macros.afmacros

  3. Hi all, i don’t know if this is true or not, I come from photoshop on pc. when I select a layer in photoshop it also points you to the layer in the layer pannel. in affinity I also thought this was the same way, but somehow now it doesn’t point me to that layer anymore. meaning that if I select a layer in the layers pannel it is highlighted but the view doesn’t go there, i use many sub layers and now it takes me some time to search for that layer. Does anyone knows what I mean, it is just a little annoying to look where the layer is. hope it can be solved some how. rgds, henk brouwer
  4. Maybe I'm doing something wrong but I don't understand why I can't select more than 2 Layers on the Master Page? When I keep the CTRL key pressed and try to add a third layer to my selection the first layer gets deselected again (only when I'm on the Master page). Maybe a bug? Another problem on the master page: I had 4 layers protected. After working with the file for some while (so I can't precisely say what I did to have the problem appearing) I was unable to unprotect these layers again. I selected a layer and pressed the lock-symbol but the lock would not disappear on the layer - even though the protocol said "un-protect layer". Pressing the lock again the protocol woul again say "un-protect layer" but the lock still remained the same. And I was not able to make any changes to the layer. Only after adding another new layer to the master-page locking and unlocking worked again for all layers as expected. Very strange behavior but surely a programming hiccup. Cheers, Timo
