I am experiencing this also. Same white line and sometimes multiple white lines on the same image. I hope there's a fix coming soon. I don't know if this is relevant, but when this happened to me, I took a photo with my cell phone and emailed it to myself, then opened it in Affinity Photo on my laptop. I exported it as a PNG and the lines appeared. I did it again, but this time I saved it as a .jpg and this time there were no lines. Hope this helps.

There seems to be an issue when I save photos/images. A white line appears somewhere on the photo, in a different place each time and it occurs when I save to either PNG of JPG. Attached is an example of what I mean. I did nothing to this photo other than crop it's size a little. I tried saving at 100% quality and 85% and it happened both times. I went to File >> Export >> PNG (or JPG) It happens each time I save an image or photo. And here are my details: A Photo Vers: 1.9.1 Windows 10 Chrome browser: Version 88.0.4324.190

I am new to this software and can't find information on how to save files as other types, like png, tiff, jpg, etc First, respectfully, When I purchase a product and cannot find the information needed in order to use it for my purposes; I really do NOT expect to have to wait an indefinite period of time hoping that someone may by chance see my query In a forum somewhere and have the time to answer me. That said, here is my question: .I and can't find information on how to save files as other types, like png, tiff, jpg, etc Does anyone have a method to do this? I wanted to save an image I cropped in Affinity Photo, but could only save as affinity file.. seafoam_n_palmsIMG_6497.afphoto

Hi, I have purchased the Affinity photo workbook and so far I think its great. I have just a couple of criticisms that I hope someone will help me with. The first is on page 86 titled Opening and Saving images. It says how to open an image but there is no mention of saving an image. Secondly in the index there is no link to saving images. I have looked at various videos and find the explanations confusing. Can someone point me in the right directions because there seems various ways to save a photo and I really want to understand this action. Thanks Mikep
