Hi! Just to remind, there are 4 ways of getting transparency (at least that I know, I am newbie here): At object level: fills and strokes At layer level: Opacity settings At Layer Effects level: Fill opacity At Tool level: Transparency Tool It looks like some options of "Select Object" and "Select Same" are not working properly. I attach a file and write the following tests: Deselect all objects and layers, then Select->Select object->Transparent Objects: It selects ALL objects (and text layers), regardless if they are transparent or not, and regardless of the type of transparency applied. Select one of the objects with transparency via Colour panel: Select->Select Same->Transparency: selects ALL objects, same as before. Select one of the objects with transparency via Layer panel: Select->Select Same->Transparency: selects NOTHING, not even the object in the third column, which has the same properties. Select one of the objects with transparency via Layer Effects: Select->Select Same->Transparency: selects ALL objects, EXCEPT the ones with transparency in Layer Panel. Select one of the objects with transparency via Transparency Tool: Works correctly. Also: Could it be great if we can have a little hint (icon) in Layers panel to show which objects have the Transparency Tool applied. Thank you! transparencies.afdesign

Could you please add a Select > Select Same > Symbol option? That would make it much easier to work with them.

I am using the latest version of Affinity Publisher downloaded yesterday, but this is a problem that I have been wrestling with for some time. At the moment I have a Publisher document for the WEB that has pages measuring 1600px wide X 1200px in landscape. I want to add a number of pages that are 1600px wide X 2400px. Whatever I do, the settings just will not take ? What am I missing or doing wrong ?

A "Select Same" option (as in Adobe Illustrator) would be incredibly useful in Designer to select objects that share the same appearance. That way a user could select, say, all vector objects that have the same stroke weight, or colour fill, or colour stroke, etc. This would make editing and recolouring complex vector files a lot less taxing and time consuming, and a lot more streamlined.

Is there a way to edit multiple artboards at the same time? I need to resize a pdf document for all pages. Each page is an artboard. When I click on multiple artboards, it gives a combined size, which is hard for resizing. Instead of clicking multiple artboards of 2x4 and it displaying 4.5x4...can I click multiple artboards and resize each to be 4x8?

Can the shape transform and text transform controls be the same or similar at least? e.g. When selecting a corner point and moving mouse to change the shape/transform size etc: For shapes: Hold shift+cmd, move mouse = For Text: Hold Cmd, move mouse For shapes: Hold shift, move mouse = For Text: Hold nothing, move mouse So when I'm selecting an shape and fixing it, then a text, it gets a bit confusing sometimes. I accidentally use text transform protocol for shape transformation vice versa. It feels disorienting like getting used to working in one program or OS, then trying to do the same thing in another program or OS.
