Hi there, I hope you can help me out to understand this. Apparently, for some reason, my code on the top bar of the RGB colours have more digits than usual. Whenever I double click on the colour panel on top of the layers' panel, the code appears correct, but as you can see on the image attached, on the other place I am seeing too many digits.... If I try to copy a normal 6 digits RGB hex number on there, it transforms it to a different code and colour. Thank you.

When in split views mode the RGB reading form the right hand side 'before' shot are incorrect. Values displayed appear to be from what would be in that area if the screen was in after only (not split) mode. Also would it not be more natural to have the before shot on the left? or allow swapping of positions.

I am getting the message: Please select an RGB pixel layer before entering Develop, when I either attempt to close out photo project or access development persona. I'm new to Affinity and am basically listening it via on-line Vimeo videos and playing around with it. I have no idea how to address this or how to cancel it out. Help appreciated.

I've been trying to export a vector file as an eps file from Affinity Designer, so it can be laser cut. For this the eps file needs to be in RGB colour, which I set up in the document settings. On sending it to be laser cut though, it the eps file was returned saying it was in CMYK colour format. Does the format change for export? I can't see any way of setting the colour format during export, only in the document setup. Is there any way of making sure that it can be exported with its RGB colour profile? I've attached the example file and exported file: Circle test.afdesign Circle test.eps

Hello Just purchased AP as a quick & unbloated alternative to PS (stupid cloud). I work as a print designer and something I use to do a lot in PS was converting images from RGB to CMYK with a specific colour profile (eg: sRGB -> ISO coated 300%). However, if I choose "document -> Convert ICC Profile" in AP I only see RGB-profiles (and no rendering options). I can convert of course with "document -> Colour Format", but that doesn't give me any options on how I want to convert my images… Am I missing something? kind regards, Benjamin

Hi, there's a Plugin for PS (Windows only) called Curvemeister which allows to Curve in different colorspaces. E.g. the document is RGB, the Curves dialog shows the usual RGB Composite + R, G, B channels and L, a, b, and C, M, Y, K (which channels are calculated on the fly). In PrePress it's quite usual to switch carelessly from one colorspace to another to exploit each colorspace peculiar features. The multi-colorspace Curving could be implemented, say, only when the document is converted to Lab (so that you're already in a device-independend space, which saves you a conversion). Thank you, Davide Barranca

I wasn't able to find an answer, so I have to ask for help with Affinity Designer. 1) I have a new document for Web, with color format RGB/8 and color profile sRGB IEC61966-2.1. 2) I create rectangle and in Color (or Swatch) pane I choose this color: RGB(73,130,23). 3) When I use Apple Digital Color Meter (showing native values) and point on color "in document window", it says RGB(73,130,23). 4) But when I point Digital Meter on any toolbar element with this color (Swatch, preview, recent colors), it says RGB(66,130,45). 5) And what's worse - when I export to PNG, DCM still says RGB(66,130,45). And as far as I tested, any other software identify this color as RGB(66,130,45). What am I doing wrong ? Thanks for any suggestion. I have just tried AD Beta 1.1.2.23308 and this is fixed !
