Just installed Affinity Photo and would like to change the default directory for plugins (and other directories saving logs, files etc) to a drive other than my SSD "C" drive due to its small capacity. How do you change the "plugins" directory in Photo?

Hi to all, if your new to affinity photo it’s hard to know what programs work with affinity photo. If you have found a program that works with affinity photo can you please let others know. I was looking for creative presets but apparently these won’t work with affinity photo. https://www.dealfuel.com/seller/artistic-photo-effects/?utm_source=Facebook&utm_medium=Paid&utm_campaign=Artistic+FX if you know of software or plug ins that work I would love to get a list of what works. Thanks to everyone. Brenden

You are saying that all Photoshop plug ins work with Affinity Photo. I contacted Astronomy Tools http://www.prodigitalsoftware.com/Astronomy_Tools_For_Full_Version.html and they say that they do not work with Affinity. Can you clarify as I don't want to waste money on a plug in that will not work. Peter

I am one of the frustrated apple users who wish Photos had not replaced Aperture. However with El Capitan, plug ins or EXTENSIONS have been added. This is great news. Affinity repair brushes are great whereas Apple's ones are rubbish so I want to be able to use Affinity's as a plug in/ extension. I bought Affinity. I downloaded the beta. I opened both the purchased copy and the beta. I restarted my Mac and opened both copies again, but Affinity is not there as an extension in the Photos programme. I hit the more button but it's not in the Extensions box to add. I had no problem making Pixelmater available as an extension except that it only offers the distortion tool. Can anyone suggest what I may be doing wrong?
