  1. Hi, Just recently I saw a Designer tutorial that included a bit on creating a palette from an image copied from a browser. I used the recommended process successfully right after watching the tutorial, but now am unable to replicate it and can't find the tutorial again. I see that I can create a palette from a saved image, but the method I found only required pasting the image into a Designer document, not saving it. Anyone know what I'm talking about and can tell me how to create a palette from an image copied to the clipboard without saving?
  2. Not a huge problem but the floating studio pallets are on a layer above the export window. If you have things positioned certain ways the pallets can blog the export window buttons and you cannot click them. You can move the pallet of course but I think the Export window should be at the same level as the Save window.
  3. Any body found a better equivalent to using the beaker tool to pick my colors, like a color pallet tool. Iv had affinity photo for about 4 months and until a couple of weeks ago I didn't think about it but now it sounds like a smart idea. Please help as in a guide... iv checked the new board and I didn't find any help there.
  4. So, I am learning vectoring, coloring, etc with Affinity Designer and I am reading some tutorials on different projects I want to try. One such tutorial has steps to blend 2 colors together then extract the shades from the blend to create a palette. The steps for Illustrator are listed in the attachment and I am wondering if Design has the same ability?
  5. Hi very new to Affinity recently upgraded from Serif Draw - I have some glitter jpg files that I use as text fills these were easily imported into the swatch board as textures in the previous Serif version, but I cannot work out how to add them using Affinity? Whenever I try it is only searching for Affinity files and not allowing me to add jpg files? Any ideas please?
  6. I figured I would ask here to make sure someone else can search to find an updated answer. I don't care to see the brush pattern, most of my brushes I just click as a stamp. I have about 300 bruise. Any way to see them like PS and also change between Small and Large. thanks
