  1. I'm upgrading my current mid 2010 iMac to a current model with 6 cores, 16 GB ram, and 2 TB fusion disk. I've cloned my current installed software and apps using Apple TimeMachine and will use the resulting file to transfer apps and data from old to new computers. Before my "Affinity Days" I did this when replacing an HDD on my current Mac, worked very smoothly. I read that the latest version of Affinity Photo--installed on my current machine--supports multiple cores. My question: Once installed on my new Mac by the transfer, will the upgraded version of Affinity Photo recognized the multiple cores and use them? Or, do I need to re-download an upgrade package from Serif? I'd appreciate your comments / advice. Paul
