  1. 1. When creating a curve and placing text on it - I should be able to select which side of the curve I want the text to be placed on, depending where I click the cursor. The text gets placed on a default side, then I have to use the sliders to force the text on the side I want it. 2. Warping text - This is not a part of the artistic text tool. There is this “Warp Group>Mesh” tool I have used before but I would say it is very effort heavy to adjust all of the points individually. Also it automatically creates a new group with way too many layers, making the process messy. The program has crashed multiple times while using that Warp Group>Mesh feature specifically. It's also difficult to find inside the program. I would love to see a "warp text" tool that is not overly sensitive.
  2. Is there any chance of a tool like puppet warp being implemented like in photoshop and illustrator? This could be very useful to edit illustrations in preparation for animation and just general adjustments to shapes. I used this tool a lot when I had adobe software.
  3. I have recently shifted from Adobe to Affinity. Most of my work is related to Designer, I use Photo occasionally. I’m very satisfied with it overall. I can do pretty much everything on Affinity which I could do on Adobe. But I have noticed that there are some very basic tools which are missing in Affinity apps. Here, I’m making a list of those tools. My request to Affinity decision makers & developer team is that, please include these tools in Affinity 2.0 as designers are desperately waiting see these in Affinity (Most of them are just related to Designer but some are missing in Photo too): Freeform Gradients Gradient Mesh Tool Vector/Pattern Fill Shape Builder Tool Live Tracing Perspective Distort/Free Transform RTL Languages Support Blend Shapes Inefficient Boolean Operations 3D Text Tool Simplify Curves Live Mesh Warp Filter
  4. Hello sir, I'm so sorry if this is already request by other users, i tried to search but couldn't find if i'm searching in right way. Is there any plan for Mesh tool like we have in Adobe Illustrator. Please see the attachment. thank you Pardon again if i'm asking a duplicate question.
  5. Hi Friends, I have felt the freedom for asking for some features to have into an implementation consideration, And of all of the. appearing on the road map, I feel that having a mesh fill tool, or fussin tool for gradients, a possibility for creting and having a symbol palette and a true custom rotation and centering anchor points would be just great. I am not pressing the developers. Just wish to share my "wishing well" with the reat of the tribe and being at the queue when expecting these up datings to come. Thanks a lot for your attention. Rosa
