I use MacOS desktop "spaces" quite extensively and one of the biggest (only) annoyances I have with Designer is that when I am creating/opening a new document the application always shifts to the first "space" on the monitor. This issue actually extends across many other modal windows as well, but they don't get in my way as much. Requesting that modal windows of whatever type open in the current desktop space, rather than in the first for the monitor. Or, if the window opens in the first space, at least return to the space that the primary window is located in once the modal is closed. That way I don't have to swipe through all my spaces to find the app, or switch out of the app and back again to bring up the primary window. I do believe the same issue exists in Photo, as well. I've been using all three Affinity programs for a while but recently they just won't open. Sometimes after trying and then quitting them several times they may. Sometimes if I shut down and restart they may open. But generally speaking at the time of writing none of them open, none. I don't even get an initial loading screen. When I check how the are loading they all come up as "Application not responding". When right clicking the app on the dash it shows "application not responding" then trying to open from the finder i get "The application XXXXXXXX is not open anymore". I never get to a point of a crash report so can't send you anything. The designer and photo are both version 1.9.2 publisher is 1.8.6. I am running a mac mini (late 2012) Catalina 10.15.7. It is very annoying as I am in the middle of work but can't access anything!

I have Affinity 1.8.4 which works fine with my Mac OSX when using the HDR facility. My question is "Does the .afphoto file produced keep a record of the individual file names which were used generate the composite file, and is this information accessible?". I would comment that for a 300+ MB file size, one could reasonable expect this information to be readily available. Many apologies if I have missed it and the information is already there. Hi!!. Im having a problem with the purchase of the software from the App Store in mac. When i click to buy it doesn't take my credit card, but this never happened to me before. I already buy another software from the appstore at 0,99 USD to see what happens but worked ok. I can't get to buy affinity and i need it so bad. Sorry for my english. Im from Argentina and my apple ID too. thanks in advance.
