  1. Hi, what's the Serif upgrade policy concerning Affinity V.1 users? Are you planning to offer us discounted prices for "moving up"? Personally, I bought your delicious apps via Mac App Store.
  2. Hi guys, I have a Affinity account and upgraded to the latest version 2 using the App Store. From there I bought the full license for all 3 programs. When I tried to startup the software I needed to login, but when I try my affinity account (which has a different email address then Mac App store email), it did not work. Also when I tried to use my Mac App store account this also did not work. I tried to mail support a few days ago, but have not heard anything back. How can I make this work?!?
  3. —— Solved the issue, it was on Apple's part —— Hi! I'm sorry, I don't know if this is the place to post this, but I'm at a loss. I bought Affinity Designer on the Mac App Store back in December 2016 and have been using it since. However, I ran into an issue today, and I read somewhere that uninstalling then re-installing the app might help. So I went ahead and deleted the app from my computer. Then I went to the Mac App Store to re-download it, but the option is not there. It only gives me the option to buy it, for the full price. Did I miss something? Can I get the app back, and if so, how? Thanks in advance!
  4. Hello team. Thanks for your great apps. I love them. May you make it possible to give us a option to get Affinity Photo and Designer outside of the MacAppStore? It provides more flexibility. For example, we could get updates faster as from the MAS. You could make upgrade prices for us customers, and we are not coupled on a Apple ID. Thanks Jens
