Hello, I bought all three affinity applications and I use a dual boot PC. I would like to use the software on both boot configurations. Do I need to buy a second license for my second boot configuration or can I use the same license (it is the same computer and it is impossible to use it at the same time) Thanks for any help... hello affinity team , few days ago , i purchased a copy of affinity photo 1.8.3 for window 10 os from affinity website. i install it on my computer but after installation (in whole installation process) ,there was appear no license key window. before its i was using my friend's copy with license key. but now i want to use my own copy of AP but i can't register with my license key due to absence of license key window. i think it is taking old key (license). i cannot format my windows os due to some important work. so i want to some help for manually activation with license key of software. thanks to advance. -

Commercial use is permitted but only use by you and not by any other users of any Windows Computers that you own or control. For example, other members of your household that use your Windows Computers may make personal use of the Serif Software whereas, if anyone other than yourself needs to make commercial use of the Serif Software, the other user will need to make a separate purchase...." Does this mean I can install on many of my laptops using the same license? For example I bought a new laptop, and I install it on my new laptop using the same license, and then a few years later I sell the laptop and buy another new laptop, can I still use the same license for my new laptop? And If yes, how many times I can do this? Thank you -
Hi you all, I have two questions about the license. I have read that it is possible to install it in multiple devices. I have a laptop and desktop, both windows. Is it possible? When you write "Updates available as we improve", it means also if you produce a new version with a different number? Example, I bought 1.8, you will update my version up to 1.9/2.0? Hi. so, as a vector stock seller i must be careful about the license. I have a question, Can all of affinity default brush be used to create a final product like vector stock or font making? Which all those artwork will be distributed as editable file and everyone can buy them. why i worry, because at time ago, i just tried to purchase a brush to create a font, and If i not wrong, the owner said that i can not use the brush for font making, and i must have extended / exclusive license or something if i wanna. that is hard and gave me a phobia. thank

I want to transfer the licences for all my Affinity products to a new PC, but I can't find an uninstall/deregister option in the software. How do I achieve this? -
I purchased Affinity on my Macbook Pro Order ID: ML04LBL11Y Doc #: 144288799945. Afterwards my mac had liquid damage and I replaced everything except for the hard drive and and display. When I attempted to boot from the hard drive it wasn't possible until I erased the entire drive. I did this without uninstalling Affinity or any of the programs. How would I get it back without paying for the program all over again? -
Hi, I purchased an affinity photo license by downloading the app from the MS Store for Win10, I read that it is possible to use the same license purchased also on other PCs, but only by downloading the same license again from the MS Store. But I need to use the same license (already bought) on a PC with Win7 (not Win10), but to do this I have to download the sw from the Serif store (and not from MS) and I need a product key, but I don't have it because the app downloaded from the MS Store doesn't have the product key. How can I do? It does not seem right not to be able to use your license bought on PCs that do not have win10. Thanks -
Hi, I was testing Affinity products at work with my personal licenses. I have now purchased licenses for work hoping we will be able to replace Adobe CC in near future for more users. I have uninstalled software and installed again hoping to register software with my new work account and new codes. However, after uninstalling and installing software again, it remembers my old credentials and don't ask for new keys. I removed leftover Affinity folders from C:\Program Files and from C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming but it didn't help. So how can I reinstall Affinity products to be prompted to enter a new license key? -
Hello, I downloaded Photo en Designer from the MAS, but downloaded Publisher from you guys directly. I like to change that so I can get Publisher from the MAC as well regarding overview/updates. Is it possible to get a refund or is that some other way in which we can arrange this? Thank you. best, Remy -
Hi all, I have installed my own AP in the work computer, and now I need to completely uninstall (serial, preferences, etc) it from it and preventing that when another co-worker install AP doesn't use my license. I'm on Win10 How this can be done? Cheers, Juan -
I bought all 3 Affinity Windows products directly from you, because I didn't know there was a Windows store option. Windows store updates are so much more convenient than a) open app, b) see 'update' message, c) click link and wait for download, d) launch downloaded file, e) click 'yes, update' button, e) click 'done' button. I have a bunch of Windows store apps, and they all get updated for me without fuss (just like my two Affinity iPad apps do). PLEASE let me switch licenses without buying all 3 apps again! -
Dear all, since version 1.7.2.471 there is an issue with an extracted deployment msi of affinity publisher. Despite adding the Product Key and E-Mail Address in the extraction setup an successfully creation of an silent deployment package, the Software is asking for a product key after installing.

This doesn’t apply to me but the question popped into my head so I thought I’d ask as the answer might be interesting. Given the following scenario: * There is an organisation – such as a small neighbourhood group – which wants to buy a copy of, for example, Publisher to use for editing their newsletter. * They only have one newsletter editor at any time – one person who uses the software at any one time – but the editing duties may pass from person to person as it often does in small groups like this when people leave the group or the duties are transferred, etc. * All of the editors will have computers that use the same OS. * The organisation does not own or control the machines the editors will use the software on. * The group probably won’t be registered as an organisation in any kind of legal way, they’re just a bunch of people who share an interest, e.g. The Ambridge Book Club, The Borsetshire Birdwatching Society, etc. Would it be possible for that group to buy one license and ‘transfer’ that single license from one machine to another as the editing position moves to different people and different machines? Or would each new editor need to purchase a new license? I understand that people have to buy a new license if they need to use a different OS, and that’s understandable, but I was wondering what would happen in cases like that which I have outlined. -
Hello there, I purchased Affinity Designer (macOS) licence approx 2 month before. Unfortunately my macOS machine has hardware issue and not working properly so i decided to change my machine of Window OS. So could it possible to convert afinity designer from macOS to Window OS licence . Software will use only in one window machine . Please help me out. Thanks in advance !! -
I purchased affinity photo on the mac app store and am wondering if I could transport it to my pc. I can't find the download when I go to my downloads and keys tab. Please help. -
Hello ... I know that there are already topics to this Problem, but I would like to summarize this again, because I urgently need help. I've been using Photo and Designer for a while now - also from Beta paraell. I use the publisher since the beta phase. I have now all 3 programs on the version 1.7.1.404 (bought). Unfortunately I get when changing the Apps (as Persona) in the publisher always the message that I should buy the other programs, even if they are currently running paralell. I have already reinstalled the three apps in different orders, reset the apps with Ctrl-launch and ... and .... and ... Is there a way to completely remove all apps from the Win10 PC and start over or reset StudioLink? Here something seems to be very confused.

Does a single license allow me to install on multiple PCs (e.g., desktop and Surface tablet) and/or multiple devices (e.g., PC and iPad), assuming only one device is utilizing the program at the time? Also, can the software be deactivated on one PC and activated on an upgraded PC later. Thank you! -
Hello All - I purchased Affinity Designer in December of 2015. I have a new Macbook and I would like to download it. I'm having an issue finding a product key (it sounds like that's what I'll need to avoid purchasing again?). I have an email with my receipt but I don't see the download when I look up my account. Any ideas on what I'm doing wrong?

Could you please clarify, if there is a difference regarding the license for Macs when purchased from your shop vs. from the App Store? I'm especially (but not solely) asking with regard to the installation and use on more than one of my computers. Thanks! -
-Sell the rights to the electronic copy of the workbooks as a package or as a separate license with trackable id's like electronic barcode signatures or some other internet tracking signature. Other ways of making electronic copies of the workbooks only accessible to the purchaser of record: -Limit the electronic copies of the workbook to 2 x the number of personal purchases of the workbook-linked to 2 electronic licenses for each workbook purchased-verifiable by order number+ip address+username+password. -Limit the electronic copies to 1 x the number of workbooks purchased by commercial purchasers-linked to an electronic license for each workbook-verifiable by a commercial license # + documented employee credentials (verified against commercial licensees verified current employee status) + username + password. (I doubt seriously that many people would be willing to give up their usernames and passwords to third parties). -It would be impossible for a third party to be able to broadcast the ip address of the network of the original purchaser. -Only the original purchaser could submit changes to the ip address, verifiable by supplying the original ip address + some other factor like router signature/serial number or some other network signature trackable by Serif Labs when you log in. -Make the electronic copy of the workbook an online workbook whereby the purchaser of record has to log in which gives Serif Labs the opportunity to compare the ip address, username and password with the last used credentials and/or the last ip address used to access the electronic copy. -
Hello, Just a quick question..I purchased my copy of Affinity Designer for Windows from Affinity store in February of 2018. I'm curious how long we receive updates. Do we receive lifetime updates, specific time-frame or version? Thanks.
