I have a picture in an Apple photo album that I cropped using the Apple edit software; I then tried to import it into Affinity for additional processing, but Affinity imported the original uncropped image even though the original no longer exists in the iPhoto album. I realize I can crop with Affinity, but I find Apple’s software easier to use. How can I get Affinity to import the cropped image? -
I am having a problem trying to edit from iPhoto. I am running Affinity 1.6.7, Mac OS 10.13.6, iPhoto Version 3.0 (3291.13.210) and get an error "The operation couldn’t be completed. (PAImagingErrorDomain error 1019.)" Any ideas? -
Hi, have enjoyed using affinity whilst travelling os, however could not save back to iPhoto’s. having read other posts affinity was not displayed as an option in iPhoto. Have installed the update since returning as I thought this was something that had been fixed with the update, any tips pulling my hair out cheers -
I'm running AP 1.6.5.61 on an iPad Air2. When I access iPhoto, choose a photo and select Edit AF is not an option. Why? I can get Pixelmator and PS Express, but not AF. BTW I've gone to SETTINGS on my iPad Air2 and AF is not revealed, even though I've paid and got AF installed. Why? Please advise, G- 2 replies

I've just downloaded a trial version of affinity. can i use this to replace iphoto or do i need to keep the latter for storage? I never switched to Photos as didn't like it but worried if the software disappears what to do with my picture library. -
Presently I don't see a way to make multiple iPhoto Selections for Stacks. Once I've made a single selection I have to go back into iPhoto, remember where I was and select the next. This can't be meant, surely? There has to be a better selection process that doesn't close iPhoto after making my first iPhoto Stack photo. I have Corel PSP Ultimate, AFTERSHOT PRO, Pixelmator and am now enjoying the freedom of Affinity Photo. Please advise. Grazie

Hi Just bought Affinity today and have lots to learn.... On a Mac how do you import your IPhone photos from your computer? On Affinity I go to Open. I go to Pictures folder and can see Photos Library but I cant import. TIA 392 -
I'm really enjoying affinity photo and designer software, and it will be great if affinity creates a program to manage the content and photos, like bridge, lightroom, aperture, iPhoto, Photos, etc...
