  2. Hello here in Greece if you are a professional and/or have an office you need to be able to present invoices for the software you use, to prove you are using original software. I'm not sure if my recipe is enough but I want to be sure no problems will arise (some idiot once asked for invoice for libre office... and threaten to move charges for use of illegal software.) so how can I change my recipe for an invoice, or if this is not possible, what do I have to do so I can get an invoice with buying affinity programs again? (Accountant wise I have the ability to accept European invoices, so it is not a problem as long as UK is still in EU). Thank you!
  3. Hello, I bought Affinity Photo and just after buying it I did send an Invoice request. It was on Friday 2016.12.16. Today we have 21 December and I didn't receive any response to my email.   4. I would like to purchase Designer Workbook for my office, but I need to receive an invoice complete of VAT number (my VAT number). In the provided form is not possible to fill with my VAT number. How is possible to receive a compete invoice? Thaks in advance for your reply.
  5. Is it possible to purchase an Affinity Designer software directly from Serif as a business entity? I bought AD in the App Store. I received an invoice but containing the data of the individual because App Store is only for personal use. I contacted their support team. There is no possibility of obtaining an invoice containing EU TAX ID of the buyer and the buyer company name. So I have to pay VAT twice and as a bonus I have a few accounting problems. I think that this problem may affects many businesses in the EU. We plan to buy more AD & AP licenses for our employees and use the software in business operations. How to do it if we want to have a correct invoice? Besides, these are very good applications. Regards,
