  1. I created Interactive Hyperlinks to URL's and exported as a PDF. When I try the PDF, the hyperlinks do not work. I have tried it in Mac Preview and PDF Reader Pro to no avail. It worked fine in Affinity Publisher 1.8. Now that I have 1.9 it fails. HELP! I am using an iMac with 10.15 Catalina SYMbol_2021-03ALAN_Links.pdf
  2. I've tried using the search tool on the forums... but I get lots of results that have nothing to do with the Publisher Beta. So, my question is: Does Affinity Publisher support embedding video files? I realize that there is some information regarding Affinity's current limited ability to import a variety of file types. But, are there plans to support placing video (and, dare I say it) animated GIFs/PNGs inside a document for export to interactive PDF?
  3. Kudos on this beta version of Publisher. Many very nice features already and eagerly anticipating ones not fully developed (import of IDML files, anchored graphics, GREP, EPUB3 [without the InDesign bloat], hyperlinks, etc). I work with several clients who, in addition to print versions of their manuscripts, also offer interactive PDF versions. There are often requests for interactive buttons where the expression of hidden text/images is triggered by some action, for example a mouse rollover. Is this type of functionality being considered?
  4. I know this is probably going into the realms of InDesign for Affinity Designer, but can you add links to a document and render it out as a interactive PDF? If not its no problem, i'll just render it out as a jpeg and bring it into InDesign but i wanted to keep it all in-house haha. Thanks
