  1. I have put off upgrading to the newer Mac OS on my current iMac. From what I understand, Apple was found guilty the French law courts of deliberately slowing devices to a crippling speed when upgrading OS or iOS on older models. They were charged a 7 figure fine. Did it alter the way they worked? Not that I know of. As a result I still have an iMac running Mojave OS 10.14.6. I am a new customer as of today and installed version 2 of the three products but none of them work on Mojave. I might need to be running your version 1. Are you able to link me to where I can find this version of your software please?

The problem just happens as it titles, I want to install fonts on Affinity Designer for iPad as the Affinity page tutorial follows, going to settings, pressing the cloud icon, locating the fonts I want to install, select each weight (file) such as bold, light, etc, and then tapping on "Open" but after that nothing happens, the fonts don't show on the list, tried this several times, also checked the font file extension and it is .ttf and .otf and none of them show, also checked on the text studio to see if them were just not showing up on the list but were available to use and nope, the fonts weren't installed, and I don't know what to do anymore! I've tried several times with different files and nothing happens, every time I repeat the profes of the cloud, select and open is like if I just did nothing, the list keeps empty and that's it, what could be happening?
  3. Hi there, After update from 1.7.0 Just as in the previous version I can't start Affinity Photo 1.7.2. I did Control Panel > Uninstall a Program > Turn Windows Features on or off turned .NET 3.5 off but this didn't help. Repair doesn't help Uninstall, Reboot install doesn't help Using the MicrosoftProgram_Install_and_Uninstall.meta.diagcab didn't help. I included a install log.   4. I have problems to install affiity designer. An error message apears on my screen. How can i solve this problem?
  5. I purchased Affinity Designer (yesterday) 7-25-2018, and turned off my antivirus, ran as administrator, and Designer will still not install. Will someone from support please help me? Best regards, robertgs. (Error attached) Affinity Designer error .docx
