  1. My current graphics card does not support hardware accelleration in Affinty, so I have been investigation the possibility of an upgrade. I took the recommended specifications to my local computer shop and he said that, because of the current shortage of graphics cards, a suitable replacement would cost me between £300 and £500. This seems a lot so I would like to ask the community what sort of improvement I might see with an upgrade. I am not a professional user, indeed I have sold just one photograph in my 50-odd years of taking photographs so I am not in it for the money. Would I see any improvement in my ordinary amateur photo-editing workflow? Or would I be better spending the money on a bread proofer for my regular batch of bread rolls! John
