  1. I have a Gaomon M10k and for the most part it works great with Affinity products, with the exception of one thing; Zooming out. When I scrub the wheel it zooms in but when I scrub the other way it doesn't zoom out. I change the mode so I can change my brush size with it and it works fine in both directions as expected. I test the next mode which is manning up and down and it works as expted too. It's only zooming out that doesn't work. I've updated my drivers, checked my Gaomon profiles and everything looks good. I figure if it's happening in all 3 apps, it's likely a bug. Its very frustr
  2. Hello, I need some help. I was given a Gaomon M10k drawing tablet and am trying to set up the express key feature to open my Affinity programs. When I try to connect it from the desktop icon it say "Catastrophic Failure" (see picture) and when I look in both my C drive Programs x86 and just Programs the Affinity or Serif file are not there. I am not sure what to do. Could someone please help?
  3. Dear all, following the recommendation of my friend, I now consider myself a proud owner of Affinity Photo. However, having just started using it, I have already run into a problem -- and it's a biggie for me. My drawing tablet (GAOMON M106K) doesn't work right with it. I can move the cursor with my pen but when I run it over the drawing surface, no line is drawn even though the brush function is activated and I'm pressing the button on the pen. It's only when I hover slightly over the drawing surface that a line is drawn, which doesn't make drawing easy, to say the least. The same happen
  4. Hello there, I am really into digital art and wanted to change my software since it wasnt optimised very well. When i did some research i found a programm called affinity photo and wanted to try it out. So I started my free trial and launched it on my pc. I started exploring the UI (which i really like) and tried out the brushes. Drawing my first strokes i realised that there was no pressure sensitivity enabled. So I looked it up on the internet and found out that i hat do adjust the jitter and set the controller to pressure. Even after doing so it didnt work for me. I think it
  5. Greetings, I would like to report 2 bugs which I have found using my tablet on Affinity Photo 1.6.5.135. The tablet I'm using is a Gaomon WH850. 1. Holding Space Bar + Drag to pan view repeats the action of the tool I'm on quite frequently. I believe it's only Quick Selection and Free Hand Selection Tool. Take a look at the video attached. 2. I can't move my cursor when using the Right+Click+Drag to make foreground in refine mode. Now I'm not sure if it is my tablet that's the issue or just how the general tablet works on Affinity Photo. So far only two tools
