Hi there I'm an existing user having purchased AD & AP some months ago. I've just got an email advertising AD and asking me to purchase saying it comes with 3 freebie packs. I was wondering being an exisiting user if they are available to me and how I go about getting them. Cheers Rick B -
I have installed latest Beta and still can't find any link to free content sent to me by Email, nothing on the welcome on start up. -
The "Claim Now" button for the free downloads is initially loading to a checkout page, but then immediately redirects to the home page, not allowing me access to the downloads. I'm using Safari. -
Hi! I just got the Email informing about the new version and updated my Affinity Photo. It said in the email that I would see a link for the free content download when opening the app. However, that link didn't show up. How can I access that link?
