  1. Hello all, Something I have noticed throughout all three applications... When I use Indesign, I replace a word in a sentence and it replaces that word with the same font style etc in the box. If I do it in publisher, I loose the text formatting for the word in the box. I then have to replace the new word font with the current font in the sentence. if I do it in photo and designer the same thing happens. If I lay out an entire magazine, and have to change a single word in a paragraph, it should automatically replace the work when I paste it in, with the same font and formatting style that was in place. It should not replace the word in the text box with a random font.. Am I the only on that seems to find this strange.... Or have I missed a setting or a check box that stops this from happening in all three applications...
  2. I'm not sure if this is a feature on Publisher or not, but I was looking for a way to find and replace fonts in an entire document. Publisher is working great for pulling in PDFs and allowing you to edit the content. Better than anything I have used before. Currently I am able to edit manually, page by page, to change the fonts. I'm working with multiple 20+ page PDFs that need font styles and text sizes to change. InDesign has a feature called 'Find Font' that allows you to see all the fonts in the entire document and change the style/family and size. I wanted to see if this is a feature in Publisher that I can't find or if it will be implemented in the future. Even if this isn't part of Publisher it's definitely outshining InDesign right now!
  3. Hi All, is there a way to view only certain text styles when choosing a font? Eg: I'm looking for a sans-serif font and would rather not have to go through every font to find what I want. I can see 'All, Recent, Used & Favorites' selections up the top but not an option for style type? Am I missing it? Thanks for the help.
