For some time already I had the idea with the finger, which is not the own finger. In time for Halloween, I finally had time to implement that, of course with my favorite App Affinity Photo. Like Dr. Frankenstein, I have some (free) images assembled to one, partly I have drawn on the layers with vector brushes. For the hand below, I photographed the hand of a friend. Doing a lot of drawing in Affinity requires you to continually switch between the brush and ereaser. It would be lovely to have the pencil act as a brush, the finger as an ereaser and two fingers to move around. It would be even more nice if you could even minimize the brush context toolbar in fullscreen view. (The automatically hide UI option isnt the same) My suggestion to the Affinity Team is to make different input instruments actions customizable. Lets say I have an Apple pencil, a 53 Paper pencil, and my fingers. Ideally I could chose which instrument performs a specific action, like working simultaneously with three different type of brushes, or having one pencil to move objects while the other fills them with a color.... -
Don’t know what I did but I need some help. Affinity Photos for iPad is not responding to my finger when I used tools like the brush or crop tools. I can’t select or crop. I can scroll or move a file around but not select a colour, etc. It was working when I first started “learning”. This totally has me mystified and a little frustrated. Help! IPad Pro 9.7
