    I'm working on a brochure and I have somehow lost the boarder that the rest of the pages include. I was told that I needed to create a new layer and "Send to back" but I don't see a "Send to back" option. Then how to I make the top layer smaller so the back layer shows through for the boarder? I have attempted to upload a screenshot of what I'm working with but it doesn't like the URL that I'm putting in. Basically, I'm extremely unfamiliar with this editor and there's not much support within my company. Any guidance would be greatly appreciated.
