Hi! I have a surprising problem, I haven't had before, as far as I remember. Probably I'm just temporarily stupid (at least I hope so). In that case you should be able to help me easily. I purchased one of the add-ons from the Spring Sales. That all worked fine so far. I also downloaded the whole stuff to my hard disc. But I wanted to install it from my account, inside the apps. To be able to do that, I have to log in. And here is the problem. To log in, I need to fill in the Affinity-ID and the password. But I can't even remember what the ID is and where I can find it (must be somewhere in my profile on the Affinity Website (in which I am actually logged in), I think, but I can't find this ID. I could of course install all the stuff manually, but I want to be able to activate my account inside the apps. In the Account-window, there is displayed an ID at the top of the window, but that doesn't work. Must be something different (the Windows-ID???). Or is there actually a server-problem, as a message repeatedly told me on trying to log in? How can I log in? I hope you understand what I mean and can give me a push into the right direction. I'm on Windows 10 with the newest versions of the Universal Licence of the Affinity 2 apps..

Two issues regarding e-mail addresses and hyperlinks in Affinity: 1) E-mail addres not recognised When selecting an url in text and clicking the plus-button on the hyperlink panel to make it a hyperlink, Affinity recognizes this as an url, fills in the url in the textbox, switches to the url mode and enables the OK button in that dialog box. However when we do the same with an e-mail adress in the text, it doesn't recognises the e-mail address as e-mail, but acts like it's a url. 2) Impossible to create hyperlink for perfectly valid e-mail adress with a hyphen inside (-) The ' add hyperlink' popup dialog doesn't allow e-mail addresses with a hyphen inside, although this is a perfectly (and real world) e-mail address; it doesn't disable the OK button, making it impossible to add a hyperlink on this e-mailaddress!!

Hi, Im working for a Company where one of my co-workers has buyed a license of Affiniti Photo and he used his work e-mail to register a account while doing that. Now the problem is that the pc where we had the Affiniti Photo on has broken down and we got a new one. So we need to instal it again. But the co-worker who bought the license has quited the job and he only left the information about the license number and no software. So we need the Affinti Photo software to install it again, but then we need to logg on to the account that was used when we bought it and its gone now because the co-worker dont work here any more. So is there any other way to get the software so we can download it and use the license that we have? "sorry for my bad English"
