Hi, I try to download Affinity Photo and Affinity Designer again because I want to have a digital copy, but I don't see that possibility in mi account, only can download the free texturized packs, the free macros etc... Is possible to download or this possibility is not available?. Thanks a lot for your help. -
I bought and downloaded Affinity Photo through my desktop computer. How can I download a second copy onto my laptop? When I sign in and go to my Microsoft account 'order history', I can see the purchase but there is no way to input my product key to download a second copy. Driving me nuts! -
So when i used to start AFFINITY PHOTO and DESIGNER ( PC ), it would tell me there is an update available upon startup. Now nothing. Found out about it on facebook. How do i fix this so I get these update alerts again? Gary -

Hi Affinity – I have a new laptop and would like to download my Affinity Photo and Designer apps to it. All Mac platforms I read how to do that via the Mac App Store in one of your threads but unfortunately I had to change my Apple ID so I cannot access it through the Purchased Tab. I live in an area where my internet connection is intermittent and I have repeatedly tried and tried downloading a sample only to get a timed out download error resulting in the download to start back to zero... Could you please provide an external link to the samples? It would be so much appreciated! -
Hello, I`m totally new here. Just bought Affinity Photo and it`s now downloading on one of my computers. I think I read somewhere that you can use the Product key more than once. So I tried to download it for my laptop too. I went on the homepage and signed in - it just says that I can buy it here. But I already did? How can I get it now for my laptop too? I hope you can understand what I mean, english is not my first language! Thank you so much! -
After purchasing designer for win 10, the file downloads, then appends a failed note with yellow tag. File will not execute. Win 10 is 64 bit, Asus AMD dual core A-9 9410 is 64 bit. Affinity photo works well on this computer. It doesnt even get to the page to enter Key. I have only ever had one email and Im using that one spelled correctly. Please help. I have been fighting with this for a long time and read the faqs. Robin Pentney -
Hello, good morning. I have bought Affinity for Windows because I have Windows on my computer at home. But i will buy a Mac soon, is there an option to download Affinity for Mac also, if I already have a product code? If not it's really a shame that I have to pay for a Windows version, and pay also for a Mac version. Regards. -

I would like to ask questions about affinity Photo and affinity DESIGNER. I see you are now in the Chinese market is discounted, the price is 258 yuan. Hello All, Your help please. I have tried to download the trial version of Affinity Photo onto my mac pro (late 2013), running with the macos Sierra (v 10.12.1). The download is shown in my "downloads" folder, but when I double click to open the file all that happens is that a "new tab" opens - nothing else - your help and advice please -
So, I have bought and downloaded Affinity Designer and installed it (of course). I have also downloaded the free UI-Kit included with the purchase. How do I now open or utilize it (the UI-Kit)? I have tried doing so with Affinity but received the notification that these aren't Affinity files. Help, please. :) -

I opened Affinity Designer today and got the message to download the new version. When I clicked on the link, I got an error message that the page wouldn't open. How do I get this update? (Also, I've opened the program a number of times to see the link, and the message isn't appearing anymore, so I don't know the URL for this download.) Marge Roberts -
I have a Windows desktop and a Mac laptop. I currently have Designer installed on my Windows desktop, and I want it on my Mac, but I'm not sure how to also download it on Mac. Is it possible? If so, please tell me. Thanks! -
I would like to suggest putting a download button next to each video in the "In-house Affinity Photo Video Tutorials" list, for downloading the same image that James uses in his excellent how-to videos. I understand that these pictures are probably copyrighted but pressing an "I agree" button in a panel spelling out legal consequences if misused , plus a watermark on the image, would, I hope, avoid problems in that direction.

Affinity launches Affinity Photo Windows Version with a special offer till 22.Dec.2017. There should be a lot of Macros too. Does anybody know where to find them.

I just got a mail inviting me to download 1.5 from the App Store. When I go to the App Store it doesn't offer me a download. The text is for 1.5 with a what's new section etc., but the button simply says Open. When I click it simply opens my existing 1.4.3. Any suggestions? -
Which Affinity do I download? I am a photographer and I assume that I should download photo but being a retired sailor assuming was never my strong suit. -

i'm trying to get the free months trial, I've registered and the download email is not coming through, checked email this is correct. I've tried another pc with a different email address this is not coming through either? they are not in junk folder. -
It's been maybe a week-and-a-half/two weeks since I filled out the online request to be informed about the Grade UI kit. I thought maybe it wasn't available yet, but I've read some posts here that mention users have received links within 10 minutes or so of completing the web form. As my Mac mail isn't tremendously skilled at figuring out what I want it to label as junk, I always have to go through the junk folder to mark things as junk or not junk, so I'm fairly confident I would have noticed an affinity address in there. I did check to see if I'd typed my email into the form correctly be reentering my name/address, and the system told me that my email was already registered, so I must've typed in in correctly. Should I try to use a different email address or something? -
According to Mark's final post in the now locked thread on 1.5.0.19, there is a new build now available, but clicking on the link produces the attached message. Help!! Jeff

I had a network disconnection right after clicking on one of the sample pictures. That caused the initiated download to be corrupt/empty. AD created an empty file with 0 byte and tried to open it. This causes an error: "The file type is not supported." Of course you can reproduce it: right click on in an Explorer-Window --> new --> Text file --> name the file "emptyfile.afdesign". Then try to open it. So I see 2 cases to handle: Check downloads were completed handle empty files with extension .afdesign
