  1. Would it be at all possible to add in social networking sites in page setup/document setup drop-down menus? As designers, we often work in those mediums and I find myself constantly entering in those dimensions. I think it would be a nice little nod to separate Affinity from the rest of the pack on the desktop design software programs.
  2. If I start a new document and clear the 'Portrait' checkbox in the Document Setup dialog, I get a landscape document (as expected). When I revisit the dialog the 'Portrait' checkbox has a tick in it, but pressing 'OK' doesn't change the orientation to portrait, and clearing the checkbox also has no effect. I have the same problem if I start with a portrait document, change it to landscape and then try to change it back again.
  3. I am opening existing *.ai files in Affinity Designer and conducting compatibility tests. In AD, if I click the "Document Setup..." button shown in the upper left corner of the Toolbar, it shows me "DPI: 300" in the Dimensions tab. This is confusing me. Say I have a linked EPS file that is 350dpi in that document. Will it be scaled down to 300dpi?? Or does that simply indicate that when you Rasterize something it will be 300dpi? If the latter is true, why not call it "Raster DPI" instead of just DPI?
  4. How much does changing Document Setup settings late into a work compromise the quality of the resulting document? For example: What happens if I change Colour Format settings from a work done in RGB to CYMK?
  5. Hi, working on a large format file (4 to 3 m), exporting takes some time, naturally. Is there any display (yet), on how far the export operation has progressed or (at least) which exports have finished and which are still in queue? As meanwhile the dimension of the final print was altered to 1.6 to 1.2 m I’d like to change the file dimension as well, but, alas doing this by “document setup” does not scale the effects. Any workaround for that?
  6. Document default is white, but it would be nice to be able to pick different colours in a popup from this dialogue Failing that, just radio button selection for White / Black / Grey / Transparent?
