Hello, ...I often notice a “moderately long time” when launching the 3 software programs. Oh, nothing penalizing or annoying, but sometimes you have to wait about ten seconds before getting control. Is it a connection to the Affinity servers for checking user licenses?... In this case, does having an activated VPN lengthen the procedure?... Thank you for your insights...

I have tried to retrieve images from Unsplash through the Stock panel in Publisher several times and repeatedly get the message "Connection Failed." I can however use the link to go to the website. This problem also exists in Affinity Photo. Is there a fix for this? Unsplash has undoubtedly better images and a larger selection. While downloading from their website is not such a big problem, it does complicate the workflow and I believe solving that was the point of including the Stock panel feature.

I have purchased & updated my Affinity Photo application (this is all on my windows laptop), & yet still Affinity Publisher can't seem to connect to it. Any thoughts or suggestions as the problem & solution?
