  1. I'd like to be able to include symbols inside compounds. I can put the symbol inside the compound in the layers panel but it doesn't seem to actually contribute to the compound, and I can't adjust the add/subtract mode. This would essentially allow me to parameterize features of a complex curve, which for what I'm doing (designing stuff to laser-cut) would be extremely useful.
  2. When trying to copy a constraints group containing a compound: In the resulting copy the constraints compound object is missing. I've isolated the bug in the attached file. Copy constraint bug.afdesign
  3. Going through the Work Book and here is an example of something not tallying up. In the Work Book you select four layers in 'Geometry Tools' layers. You then click the 'add' icon on the main toolbar. This is supposed to create a 'compound'. Which you can then expand and change the geometry option again to suit. When I select these layers, the click 'add' in the toolbar, they all get grouped up into (Curves), with no drop down menu. And no ability to change geometry operation. Where's my editable compound?!
  4. Hey, I'm trying to cut holes in a group of vectors - the squares that you can see on the attached image. I'd like those squares to be transparent so that you can see through to whatever is behind the image itself. I've fiddled around with compounds but can't seem to get it to work that way. Is this possible at all?
