  1. So this is an image manipulation using various effects to create my impression of a creature(?!) mentioned in Finnish national epic Kalevala. Her name is Kissa Kipinätär, which loosely translates into Cat Miss Sparkle (I don't know what she's called in the English version of the poem). So here it is!
  2. This is a picture of a friends cat (Cutie) that was taken with a low quality cell phone camera. Decided to turn it into a 19th century photograph, inspired by pictorialism. I'm sure if I spend more time on it, it would look better, also, would probably help if I had a more hi-res photo of the cat. Any feedback welcome! This is the original image,
  3. This is my first attempt at a black and white image, these are 2 of my cats. Thoughts and feedback much appreciated!
  4. Hai. I have some simple cat illustration. Hope you like it. Instagram Behance
  5. It's just a beautiful cats as a word ! -)
  6. Last night Windows 10 Pro performed another update .On starting up my computer this morning I found I had lost all the plugins brushes palettes etc I had imported into AD & AP. Then this evening while I was busy re importing everything I noticed the COGS shapes in the STYLES tab had changed into cats.. and I have no idea how or why.. Am I too tired to figure it out or what? Am I going crazy
  7. I was experimenting with doing focus stacking in AP and as I was shooting the individual photos one of my cats decided to join in the fun. As per usual some of my most wonderful shots turn out to be the total accidents. There's a lot of noise in it, still learning how to use masks and layers, but the subject and composition is just too good to resist. Enjoy!
  8. Hey! Here I will some photos of my cats (Marx and Engels - yes, they are red cats haha) which I take with my Nikon D90 and edit in Photo afterwards. Enjoy them and I do appreciate constructive feedback! Chris

  11. I try (test) Affinity Photo beta with different motives. Here are two cats from a children's book. Not really ;) , I just try several illustrations to ‚explore‘ AP. Previously Pohothosp was my home in graphics, now it’s AD and AP. That's a bit strange, but… very, very good. What is your own experience?
  12. I proudly present: Matty Potato, the tomcat from the reformatory for maladjusted cats (here's a photo shortly after his release). OK, he’s the opposite of aristocats, but… Matty does almost everything for little money, he’s also a dog collaborator (!). Most tomcats hate him, some cats are even in love with him. We know: He's fairly terrible, and he will not change. Can we help him, somehow or... anyway? :o ;) :)
