  1. I'm working on a 300 page manual that originally was a PDF file. A couple of the pages that I have worked on now have large black circles printing rather than the arrow and numbers that were added. This only has happened on about 5 pages. What can be done to fix this? Scan_20200120_104246.pdf
  2. Strange bug indeed. For proof reading purposes I printed recently some pages (300dpi) on my HP Laserjet 5035. To my surprise circles with no fill and an outline printed as filled circles (0,5 mm -> 5 mm, 1 mm -> 6 mm, 2 mm -> ~ 7 mm). This only happens, when the circles are rotated. Not my fault, imported from PDF. Rotation is -88,6°. File for testing is attached. rotated-circles.afpub
  3. Applications Affected: Affinity Photo Affinity Designer Affinity Publisher Operating Systems Affected: Windows Description of the issue: Rotated objects with stoke(s) print incorrectly - the stroke gets thinner based on the rotation amount Recipe: Create a new A4 document Draw 5 rectangles with no fill and 5pt black stroke Rotate one rectangle 30deg, one 60deg, one 90deg, one 180 deg and leave one at 0deg rotation Print document to scale Note the Stroke width is being calculated incorrectly and appears to get thinner based on rotation amount. Known Workarounds: Tick "Rasterise entire page" in Print > Rasterization dialogue
  4. An existing drawing, created with an older version of Designer (Windows), is not printed as it can be seen before on the monitor, with the new version 1.7. In the past I opened and printed it several times and there was no problem. Printout and monitor drawing were the same. And it is the same printer as before, no changes of drivers or printersoftware. I added a datafile,as afdesign and jpg with two examples and a photo integrated what shows the result of the printing of the objects. The objects are created as a line which was copied and shifted for a small angle, again and again till the complet circle was finished. I hope this will be helpfull. Sorry for my poor English. bug report example.afdesign
  5. AD 1.7.1.404 1. AD File 2. Print dialog (preview looks ok) 3. Printout (scan) All line attributes in the document are the same, except for the line color: The exported pdf is ok, exported bitmaps are also ok.
  6. Some of the lines on the attached file print out at the wrong thickness. Bubble_Overall.afdesign
  7. I loaded a file created in Affinity Designer Version 1.6.5.123 into the latest version 1.7.0.367. When I printed the 6 page document, whole pages where printing dark grey (almost black), some pages OK, and some graphic elements totally distorted. By distorted I mean the line weight was altered, from a .5pt line to a much thicker line when printed. Another thing that stood out, was, in the Print dialog the preview was displayed in a red shade. Is this a feature or a bug? I would prefer to see the preview in the colours as created in the document. Has the current version changed so much that previously created document may not print correctly?
