I have Affinity Photo 1.4.1 and have problem to use extensions in Apple Photos. Affinity Photos works fine as a standalone applications. I can open the extension. But when I am trying to do something, I can just click on one control and then I am stuck whit that control and its first results. I can’t use another control and I can’t change the result. And then to leave the extension, I have to change to Finder or another program and then back to Photos before I can leave the extension. I have an iMac with the Intel Core i7, El Capitan 10.11.3 and Photos 1.3. -
With Affinity Photo 1.4 we get some plugins for Apple Photos: Develop, Haze Removal, Liquify, Miniature, Monochrome and Retouch. What about extending the ability of read Apple Photos plugins and not only Photoshop plugins? I sometime use DxO OpticsPro for Photos for quick noise removal and lens correction and I’d like to use it in Affinity Photo too.

What tools are accessible through the Photos Develop extension? I watched the extensions video, but Develop wasn't demonstrated, nor are any of the screenshots on the Affinity site legible enough to make this out. How about posting a screenshot of the adjustment pane for each of the extensions? That would be very helpful. -
When I do burst mode photo with my iPhone, this is visible as stack of pictures in Apple Photos. Could you implement an extension that allows using this Apple Photo stack directly with the Affinity Stacking feature? All stacking features would then be perfectly usable via Affinity Photo Extension. Best regards BlauerClaus -
Noticed this morning that we may now go to edit in Apple Photos and click on to obtain about 5 extensions . I have been using Affinity since June so opening the program first is not the problem. So far I don't have this available. Even tried turning off the IMac. They are not talking to each other. -
Hallo to everyone, i'm trying to share my photos from AP to Apple Photos, but just can't make it... Any advice? Once finished my editing i go on share, photos.. but nothing happens.... :blink: :blink:
