Hello, When trying to use the Overlay Paint Tool I start to paint and a selections draws down from the top left of where I start to paint. See the attached video. Hopefully there's a simple explanation. Thanks, Shannon VID_20211026_182557190.mp4 -
Every time I try use the overlay paint tool in the Develop Persona it creates new lines I didn't draw. On the image I uploaded the line to the left of the diagonal line I drew just appeared. It does this every single time. I am using 1.10.4 form the App Store on my MacBook Pro running Big Sur. I make it unusable to use this very useful tool. Help.

Hi, I just started affinity photo and I'm now running into a weird phenomenon that I can't solve. Maybe someone knows why, maybe a wrong attitude? If I edit my RAW photos and I want to lighten a shadow and use a brush overlay for that, then every time I make a brush stroke there is a kind of flag on it, directed to the left from the beginning of the stroke. It's just annoying to brush away those flags every time. I include a print screen as an example. I work with a Mac OS Mojave. I hope for a solution to this problem

Hi, Whenever I use Brush overlay in the Develop Persona, I get this streak of line from no where. I tried to change to different brush setting it still doesn't go away. I am on 1.10.4 version. I did not have this in the past....it started after the new version. Is this some know issue or am I making some mistake or is it a bug? The RAW file edit if fine... however when I edit a JPEG file or AFPhoto file I get this problem. Please help. Thanks

When I use the overlay paint tool (b) in the Develop Persona instead of just laying a mask on the area I am hovering over it will leave a streak of layer mask across the screen.

Hi When I drag only a little bit the brush in Develop Persona, it results in some random brush strokes. In the atteched screen I've pointed the place where I've clicked the mouse (starting point of the brush, blue dot) and the direction I've dragged in only a little bit. The problem is that the brush started dragging in the other place. The orange colour on the screen is the marked place that shouldn't be there.

I was testing the masking function in developer raw file test shot and noticed a bug. When using mask brush in developer on my MacBook Pro, as soon as left click mouse and star to drag I get unwanted streak and have to erase. The erase also causes streak the same way. In the attachment below I'm starting on the upper right. I left click and start moving to the left. I get a streak moving verticaly. See below:
