  1. When I open a file created to Photoshop 2020 'export layers to files psd or tiff format, I do not see the correct image in Designer or Photo (version 1.8.3.641), yet if I open the same file in DXO Photo I see the correct results. Also, if I drag a number of pdf files as layers I do not see anything, but if I open the file individually I see the 'correct' image. _0004_red tie.pdf 0003_pink tie.pdf
  2. Hi, I am new to Affinity. When i open file rendered in 3dsmax with an alpha channel, it opens with the background transparent. Disable the transparency does not work because it gets rid of my sky in the image. Affinty is opening my tiff files desconsidering part of the image. In photoshop the sky is there, the alpha chanel is for me to decide what to do with it. What am I missing? How can I properly open a file with an alpha channel in it? Best regards, Fernando Blanco

I use Photo in a game development pipeline and I'm having a hard time packing my textures into channels within a document. Whenever I load a texture map in to the alpha channel of my document it makes everything transparent. Is there some setting to stop this from happening? If not I think I'll have to get a refund and go back to that horrible subscription plan Photoshop have
