  1. I have tried everything from uninstalling/reinstalling to reinstalling drivers for my RTX 2070. please help. Processor Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-9700K CPU @ 3.60GHz 3.60 GHz Installed RAM 32.0 GB System type 64-bit operating system, x64-based processor Edition Windows 10 Pro Version 21H1 OS build 19043.1110 NVIDIA RTX 2070 8GB Affinity Photo 1.9.2.1035
  2. The problem occurs after updating all my Affinity programs to version - 1.9.2.1035 - I start working on affinity photo, and in a short time it closes unexpectedly. After a short time of use, less than 3 minutes. It has been closed to me 2 times in a row. The first time I was working with the quick selection tool; and in the second, I was adding effects to a text. In both cases it was suddenly shut down. <<< It does not generate any kind of warning or error, it just closes. >>> Postscript: Sorry if something of what I say is not fully understood, my native language is Spanish. If anyone had the same problem. Did you solve it? If you managed to solve it, please tell me how you did it.
  3. Hello, today i've been trying to get my UV printer working at work. The printer is a mimaki, so I have to use mimaki software to print my affinity files. To do this, we must export our files as EPS. Supposedly, Our printer uses colour swatches to override the EPS file, for example, we'd use a white swatch called "RawWhite" to print our white as a base layer. However, the swatches given to us is an .ai file and cannot be opened in photo or designer. I tried making a swatch of my own with the name "RawWhite" to run, however, the printer doesn't recognise this. So what I am thinking is; 1. Possibly affinity doesnt export Swatch names when exporting as an EPS, 2. I need to maybe convert the .ai swatch file into something affinity can recognise. If anyone could help this would be VERY much appreciated. Thanks
  4. Hi I was wondering if in the next update we could get a continuous variable rotation control of the image window for Cloning or touchup work as it is very hard to use the cloning and selection tools on vertical images. I was also wondering if cloning to a path would be possible to clone curved lines when retouching images on MAC version Thanks, any input or suggestions would be greatful
  5. Pattern Layer Effects Affinity Photo 1.9 beginner tutorial Add FX to the new Pattern Layer. In this Digitally Fearless beginner Affinity Photo tutorial I not only show how to create a layer pattern, but also away to apply and add effects to it. https://youtu.be/S-2foNdXXHc
  6. Hi, I just tried some of the new astrophotography stacking features. The stack can be generated and processed quite easy. But when exporting these files, they create some ugly grey blocks on the image (see screenshot). Same blocks appear, if zooming in to a very high zoom level. Using AP 1.9 on M1 with Big Sur.
  7. Hello, in the new version, the focus stacking does not work properly, indeed it does not work at all! I load the photos as usual, the software performs its calculations, and then returns what you can see in the screenshot: I don't have the final photo, and even one of the source photos is not working. The problem always exists, initially I tried with 8 photos and the software didn't work, I was thinking about a hardware issue so I tried with only 3 photos, but the result doesn't change! Please resolve as soon as possible! Thank you!
